Fit is snug but not tight. Legs mostly stay down. Seams aren't to noticable when you wear them inside out(as I do). Nice soft material. The inner seam from the back, is forward enough so you don't sit on it. XL for a 36 waist is not tight around the waist.

I’ve owned both the fast dry and standard Kenji trunks for years. I purchased these to replace my original pair that we’re wearing out a little. I use the quick dry pairs specifically for under my board shorts when swimming or surfing or any other activity that’s going to mean I’m in the water. I don’t really wear them on a day to day basis as I find the synthetic material gets a little clammy. They are absolutely perfect for what they are made for though and they are super comfortable and fit well.
I am a big fan of Kenji brand and always choose Kenji trunks over other’s. Kenji trunks feel nice on my skin and supportive. Plus, there are plenty of colours and designs to choose from. Highly recommended.

The product provided was not the "mid" but the "long." By the time I had made it to the desk through the rabbit warren that is Myer Hobart, I was so anxious that I was willing to lose the money I had spent, just to get out of there. Anyway, I spent money on a product that was not what I wanted.
These underwear are more snug/tigher than expected. Perhaps next time, I might try the next size up from my regular size. I like the colours though, and the short leg and low waist which redeems these for the size I purchased.
These trunks are super comfy for my constantly growing teenager. He doesnt sweet as much and the fabric is super light. He wont wear any other underwear now
Great snug fitting trunks. Great for humid and sweaty areas to stop chaffing. Supercool cotton keeps you feeling cool and don’t feel constricted in those warmer places. Just love them!
