Very easy to use and clean. When making soup, grating the vegetables used to take me 1/2 hour, this food processor had reduced that time to mere seconds. Not to mention my fingers aren’t in harms way like they are with the manual grater. I love love love this food processor!

The central control knob feels like it's made of cheap plastic and is a little wobbly and we have concerns about how long it will last before it starts malfunctioning. The whole unit vibrates quite a bit when you run it, and you have to hold it down firmly before you switch it on. The amount of vibration depends on how solid/soft the vegetables/fruit that you you put in it for processing. Overall build quality is quite poor and not quite worth the price. We're disappointed with this purchase.

As a replacement for a different make, we are impressed with the capability and ease of use of this appliance. It does all we want. Slightly lightweight in construction, but that does not affect its operation and contributes to easy handling. Very well priced also.

Super happy with this item. Extremely versatile and we use it almost every day for meal prep.We are on a Keto diet and the multi-functions this item offers makes life much easier for us.5 year warranty also provides confidence.
I’ve only used it a handful of times so far, but it’s doing the job well!The base isn’t too heavy and it hasn’t proven too fiddly to clean. It would have been nice if it had a better set up manual (took me a while to figure out the grating option) and a few suggested recipes.One tip though, if you’re grating something light (like Parmesan or cheese) the motor is very powerful, so you’ll need to hold the bowl/container close to the spout.
The blender is great. However the slice, grate plates etc are too small. This issue means half the food slides down the sides ungraded or sliced. I wish I kept my Kambrook food processor.
Very disappointed in the food processor. It is not powerful at all and I wish I spent the extra money about bought the next model or two up. The bucket handle snapped off in the first 3 months, which they replaced, but it is just cheap and powerless. Spend the extra and get the metal version. Worst processor I have ever owned.
The main feature is poorly designed. The food processing blades are too small for the bowl so food flies past without being chopped. This means you have to keep pushing it through multiple times or accept poorly processed salads and considerable food wastage. I will be returning this product.
Very disappointed with the quality of this product. I chose it online as i wanted an appliance with a heavy duty motor and at 1000watts thought this fitted my requirements and loved the clean look of the liquid satin finish. When it arrived I felt very let down - sooo many parts to store and the satin finish is just a super thin layer over the lightweight plastic underneath. I have only used it once and in the area where the bowl clips onto the base the coating has already come off. Regret my purchase! Perhaps just go with the white plastic but still a flimsy unit
Great buy - already is changing the way I do things in the kitchen. makes preparing food and baking so much easier. A number of attachments so still need to get used to their best use. Had been looking for an item like this for a while - pleased i did my 'homework' as very happy with the Multipro. Was a great price also
