Very pleased with beater. Scrapes sides really well while mixing which saves so much time not having to stop the mixer to clean the sides down. The sponge cake I made was very light and enjoyed by all. Wish I had bought one long before now. It has instructions on how to attach/unattach rubber blade for easy cleaning. I would highly recommend this product.
After reading other reviews about this attachment I decided it was just what I needed for my Kmix stand mixer and I'm not disappointed. The flexible blade gets the mixture from the base and sides of the bowl easily and there's no need to keep stopping the machine in order to scrape down the sides, making cake making even quicker! I was a little concerned that the attachment would fit the machine as there does seem to be a range of these creamers for the different models but I needn't have worried it fits the Kmix 75 perfectly. The flexible blade detaches easily for cleaning but is a bit trickier to replace, hopefully I'll get used to it soon.
