Kerastase Densifique Bain Densite Bodifying Shampoo 250 ml

I received this product as part of a free trial, and my opinions are my own. I love the packaging. The large mouth on the top makes it nice to store upside down in my shower caddy, which helps me get all the product out. The scent is nice, and the formula feels much like most high-end shampoos. I really enjoy a luxurious lather, and this does not disappoint. I have waist-length hair, and in order to get a good lather from root to tip, I have to use three times as much shampoo as the average person. I shampoo twice to ensure my hair is clean. With the second wash I get even more lather. I have not, however, noticed any change in the density or thickness of my hair after one use. I have thinning hair at the top of my crown. A Huge Disappointment...

Just received the shampoo late yesterday. Read the label and used it for the first time this morning. The results? Well I can attest to the fact that it does not 'offer additional body and thickness without weighing it down', for me. It actually does absolutely nothing other than cleanse hair! I thought, 'ok, maybe my damp hair will magically react by using the blow dryer and my hair will at least get some lift?' Zero positive results. Just flat, flat, and unmanageable(ly) soooooft hair with no 'ooomph' whatsoever. Re-washing my hair with another shampoo was not in the cards this morning, so applying a gel or throwing on a hat was the next best alternative. Big Money, Not Big Change

This is the shampoo for you. I received the Kerastase set for free in exchange for an honest review and I was actually really excited as I am losing a lot of my hair. Having normally crazy thick hair - it is a shock to have incredibly thin hair.Straight away, I notice that the bottles are oddly shaped. So you aren't getting much product. Now, being that my hair is thinning, I guess that isn't an issue - but cost wise it seems to be inefficient.The smell started out really nice, I thought it was a light floral/perfume but after a while, it was just like grandma's potpourri.All in all, I am not impressed. I don't feel like it made my hair look any different after a few weeks of use. Everyone's hair is different - but it is not my cup of tea.

Like don’t love for the price

I’ve been using this shampoo for a few weeks and I really like it…I just don’t know if it’s worth the price tag yet. I received the shampoo and conditioner for free in exchange for a review. The pros are….it makes my hair feel soft, look thicker/more voluminous, doesn’t weigh my hair down, I don’t lose as much hair when I brush it, less shedding in between washes and I see a tiny bit of hair re-growth. My only con is the price. Normally I use dove shampoo and it’s like $5. If it makes my hair re-grow I will repurchase it but if not I’ll stick to dove. It’s a luxury formula so aesthetically I like the way the packaging looks but functionally it’s harder to open and close. Luxury Shampoo

I received Kerastase Densifique Bain Densite Shampoo as part of a free sample program in exchange for my honest opinion. There are not a lot of shampoos I can sample because most have a harsh surfactant that I am allergic to. Fortunately for me, this one did not have it. I was impressed with the thick creamy shampoo. The packaging was not my favorite because I prefer a pump for ease of use, but it wasn’t terrible. The directions say use a quarter size dollop, and that wasn’t going to work for my long hair. But it has a nice, thick lather that I appreciated. The scent was not overwhelming and felt luxurious. I loved the way my hair felt afterwards as well. I am 5 months postpartum and am struggling with hair loss. After having two boys the front of my hairline just never came back like it was and the overall thickness of my hair just felt like it was lacking. I received this shampoo as part of a free sample program and prayed to the hair gods that it would help at least the front of my hair out. I gave it a two week trial and now Im a believer in Keratstase. The Densifique shampoo plumped, volumized , and moisturized without weighting my hair down. I have oily scalp and this moisturized but I didn’t immediately have to wash my hair the next day bc it gave just the right amount of moisture. The shampoo seemed to make my hair thicker to even the point when I styled it it felt like I was working with more hair to style. Never had scalp problem like this before

I have been using cheaper product for whole of my life and never had any issue, until one day I started having a bad hairfall due to stress and decided to give this product a try. Never spent this much money before for a small bottle of shampoo but somehow I believe this product will deliver due to its brand name, I immediately bought 2 bottles plus Initialiste serum which btw is no longer a product on Kerastase in a matter of 3 months since I purchased it back in July 2022I tried the shampoo and serum, within the first week I noticed dry scalp forming in one part of my head which I thought maybe it’s still adjusting to the new product? I tried another week, the dry scaly scalp was happening kind of on and off. Soft and silky without added weight

First I would like to disclose that I recieved this product as part of a free sample program. That being said, I am not being paid for my review and promise to give my most honest and truthful opinion. I have thick, fine wavy hair. Meaning my hair is fine and wavy but I have a fair amount of it. It used to much thicker. I do not feel like this Shampoo helped to thicken or add volume. That being said, I do love how smooth and silky my hair felt after using this product. The shampoo creates a nice amount of suds and makes the hair feel squeaky clean. I also professionally color my 90% grey hair and I do not feel as though this product stripped any of my color. Which we all know is super important! The scent is soft and not over powering.
