Keystone All Natural Beef - 14.5 oz

I purchased 7 cans of beef and they showed up quickly, packed well with minimal dents. The box looked good and the cans were each wrapped and there was also paper packing around them. My wife purchased 8 cans of the same beef right after I did and hers showed up in a smaller box. One flap totally open on the box so all the contents could easily be seen. No wrapped cans inside and not a bit of packing. The cans were dented up and some need to be used right away. They look as though they were tossed in the box from a distance with no order at all. Because of this the box was also badly worn in spots from the cans pushing outwards. Great product!! Hit or miss packaging/shipping...

Keystone's all natural Beef is terrific. Reminds me more of a softer stew meat than steak bits. Watched the Keystone video which shows how they make their products, how the meat is packed with a piece of sea salt, and then sealed and cooked right in the can. Impressive. What's NOT impressive is the shipping and packaging. Seem to get badly dented cans about a quarter of the time. Sometimes cans are carefully and individually wrapped in meshed brown packaging and arrive pristine. Other times they are all heaved in a box with a few pieces of loose bubble wrap flung in. I overlook slight dents but... based on the USDA recommendation to avoid deeply dented cans this gets frustrating... Keystone Beef

Getting use to canned meat other than tuna is really new for me. I know we are living in times where things are tight. The larger cans are a better value than the smaller ones. Can purchase today for future use. I will incorporate periodically. I am working on food supply storage for retirement and life's changes. I can easily make gravy with the liquid and some cornstarch. Quick easy taste does not require much seasoning but you can make it to what your family enjoys. This seller had the best price and product was packaged very well

Really good beef

Bought this for the first time recently. Wasn’t sure what to expect as I’ve never had canned beef before but I opened a can to make lunch and was really happy with it. Yea there is fat globs in it but that’s normal and if you can beef at home you would have the same. Sometimes canned chicken has more liquid than meat but not this beef. It had liquid but way more meat than I expected. The meat was within an inch of the top when opened. It’s texture is what it’s like when I cook a chuck roast. It has chunks of beef large and small. As far as taste, I was also very pleasantly surprised at how great it tastes. It was almost as good as freshly cooked roast. I will be buying again as it’s helpful if you don’t have fresh.

I have to say I was a %231 skeptic when it came to this can of meat. I am the person who gags when you just say the word spam lol but I seen all of the rave reviews and decided to try it. So happy I did!! I’m in a predicament without a stove right now so it’s hard to make my own meat. I stumbled upon this accidentally and it is very excellent quality beef. There is very little fat that can be scooped right off the top. Then you can shred the chunks very easily. It is very tender and not stringy or chewy with fat etc. I used it for bbq beef sandwiches this time but I’m going to buy more and make tacos next time. Would even be great mixed with sloppy Joe sauce or just topped with gravy like pot roast. Tastes good once you cook it

I like to keep some canned meat around for emergencies, and because the grocery store is a bit far from where I live.This is better than the Walmart brand but I knocked the rating 1 star for a few reasons.This has been heated in the can to kill bacteria during canning, but it isn't browned so the flavor isn't going to be great strait out of the can. On top of that the fat isn't exactly going to win you over if you have to eat it out of the can.I usually season it and brown it in the oven, at which point it tastes like a typical roast. Then I use the juice to make gravy.Don't expect large pieces of meat. Pieces seem to be under 3 inches across, and that might be generous. The BEST canned beef

You can't possibly go wrong with this can of meat. It's low fat, low sodium. Tender. No weird ingredients. Just beef, salt, water. I have to say that it even beats traditional fresh beef. If you compare the prices plus cooking time. It's a no brainer. I use this for all sorts of things. The only thing I can nitpick at is the smell whrn you open the can, BUT that is going to happen regardless of any canned meat you buy and it dissipates and the beef totally does not taste like how it smells. It's a very strong beef flavor.

Very good flavor

I started buying this product years ago when it was still less than 8 bucks for a can. (more expensive now of course). I was actually surprised at how good it was/is. There have been a couple of cans thru the years that had somewhat tough meat, but i would say 95% of the cans I bought have been tender meat. The label says meat is cooked with only natural juices and sea salt. And, another thing I like is the expiration date .. last can I bought expires in 2027. They also have chicken, turkey and hamburger meat. But, in the last little while they have been hard to get .. thru Walmart anyway. Other places that sell it charge outrageous prices. I do wish, though, that we could get the other 3 meats back in stock at Walmart.

Wonderful

This 28oz can of Keystone All Natural Beef was almost not enough for what we like to call "Campfire Stew". Over the the holiday weekend we let the kids put up a tent and taught them how to make this camp favorite! We were skeptical, because we usually use something completely different. I have to say that I will never use anything else going forward. This is absolutely all natural beef!! And my kids and their friends loved it! They ate every bit. I almost wish I had two cans on hand so they could have had more, they were definitely wanting more. This will definitely be a new pantry staple.

Ok so this is ground beef in a can. beef snd salt. The comment by brian makes no sense at all. you can not look in a can and tell how many grams of fat there is by looking. dont be stupid. Also your math skills are lacking. if there is 3.5 grams of fat per 2oz serving X 14 servings = 49 total grams of fat per can not 29 or whatever you said. There is Also NOT 200 or 300 grams of fat in the can. Do you not think this stuff goes through inspection? They aren't going to let a batch out with 300 grams kf fat smh thats so stupid. Also have you heard of draining the can? um open it and drain it. some people will just find amy reason to complain. There is nothing wrong with this ground beef.
