Product Description stated no assembly. On requiring before purchase, was told that WAS the case. Received unassembled in a box. Contact made although most kind and offer of help to assemble which was not the right time for me, failure to see the point of false advertising. I paid $30 more than a competitor on the assumption it was truly assembled. Very disappointed and just hope all parts are truly there if I can get it altogether. Not happy they would not at least offer partial, not whole, refund for the incovenience. Won't get caught by TW again.

Reaches the required temperature quickly and cooks very well. The food has a fab Smokey flavour and tastes great! However, after the first couple of uses quite a few cracks have appeared and we're not sure how long it's going to last! Hopefully it won't continue to crack and eventually become unsafe to use. Only time will tell!

Arrived on time, but did not include the tongs as advertised.A very good size for a balcony unit. It takes some time for the coals to reach glowing embers before cooking.Overall a very good size for 2 people.

It works well once ignited. I don't like to use briquettes or firestarters containing unknown accelerants, but found instructions on the internet for making firestarters from egg cartons and shortening that will give hardwood charcoal or binchotan the necessary boost.
Received the hibachi by Lenox a few days ago. Used it tonight for the first time. Worked well, taste of meat was surprisingly good. Very good purchase
It's the thought of putting it together that Ifind daunting. The product itself is great.
We absolutely love this Hibatchi! Portable yet solid, perfect for Sunday afternoons on the deck or out and about!
Nice Hibachi but I think a bit too hot to put on the glass table on our deck. I use it on a piece of leftover stone bench top on out outdoor bar area. It needs a double layer of coals to get good heat so it cooked my big rib steak beautifully.
My husband loves his hibachi! Great bbqs ahead. My only disappointment was that the box arrived unwrapped, but luckily he didn't see it, so surprise saved.
Fantastic portable grill, so convenient and great to put in the middle of a table and cook food. Food has a beautiful smokey flavour, worked really well with satay sticks. Highly recommend.
