I received this free from BzzAgent and Kiehl's for my honest review. I like the package comes safety sealed. I personally don't like the squeeze tube because sometimes too much product comes out but that is okay, then I screw off the top and scrape the excess in. I love the light lemon scent of the product. The scent disappears when the product dries and it does not irritate my sensitive skin. The formula is a milky white. It has a semi thick consistency but it is not sticky. I received this for free in exchange for my honest review. Emulsion is a lightweight version of a moisturizer. This emulsion from Keihl's did not disappoint. The texture is lightweight and spreads easily with my skin absorbing it quickly. It moisturizes my skin and helps to soothe the inflamed redness. There is no stickiness, it's not greasy, there isn't even a glow left after my skin absorbs it. I have oily skin and this emulsion helped to control my oil throughout the day. It has a really nice light scent that smells like flowers. This can be used throughout the year, but will work especially well, throughout the hot and humid summers as a lightweight moisturizer.

I received Kiehl's Calendula Emulsion free about a week ago as a BzzAgent product tester. I have used this product every morning and night since. As someone who has struggled with excess sebum production and hormonal related acne, my skin can be sensitive at times. But in using this product, I can say that I've seen a difference. This product hydrates the skin yet doesn't leave an oily finish. It's soft and has a calming feel. In the past I've experienced products that either dry out my skin too much or leave an oily finish. But this product is a good equalizer and I can say I've seen improvement with my acne as well. I would definitely recommend this product!

It's a medium weight cream, with a very smooth consistency, gludes on easily, and leaves your skin soft and moisturized. It literally soaks into your skin, fully absorbable. I use it over my aha/bha serums, or after toning sometimes; it really helps with the after sting from those products, and you feel like you're locking in your treatments with this last step of goodness! You can use too much of it which can change the absorbency and cause pilling. I tried this at night and I didn't like it as much. I prefer something a little bit thicker for night time. Under makeup though, this works so well. That's a win, IMO[Note that I do use otherexfoliants and actives, so this is not solely down to the moisturizer.]I was also kinda iffy about pH, because until recently I thought anything higher than the ideal of 3-4 didn't exfoliate effectively. BUT it turns out that even neutralized salicylic acid exfoliates, and effectively at that! See research paper here.It also states:neutralized salicylic acid at a 1% concentration is a suitable exfoliant agent for subjects with sensitive skinWhich is good to know! Especially for those with rosaceal sensitive skin and acne who feel they have to totally avoid acids.# In conclusionA solid product. Good for people with oily skin, maybe even combo skin if your drier areas are on the normal side Especially in hot and humid climate.This product may be of particular interest to people with oilv. acne-prone skin who have stuck to gels because they fee other products are too heavy. I received a free sample of this product to try for several days and leave a review. For a mattifying product, this product really soaks well into the skin instead of feeling like it's sitting on top of my skin, like other products I've tried. I feel that this is what really makes the most difference when controlling excess oil production. You do NOT have to use a moisturizer on top of this product. It works even better without one. I would absolutely purchase this product again. It works beautifully with the other skincare products that I'm already using and it really helps keep my oiliness and redness at bay! I would absolutely recommend this product to anyone struggling with oily skin!
