I've always been put off by anything in jar packaging because it requires sticking your fingers directly into the product -- so you end up contaminating the entire product because no matter how clean you think your fingers are, they're never sterile. Not to mention how awkward it is to have to get product out with your fingers but also having to screw the lid back on afterwards. As for the product itself, I'd say this was a relatively lightweight cream: not thick enough to be called a butter (even though shea butter is listed as the second ingredient), but slightly thicker than a gel-cream; "mega moisture" is slightly misleading in that respect. Someone with extremely dry (cracked) skin will need something richer than this fast-absorbing cream. But, personally, as someone who just needs some slight hydration without wanting a greasy residue on my skin all day, this is just the right consistency.Although I don't have sensitive skin myself, I do appreciate that this cream is fragrance-free and doesn't include the usual irritating ingredients that come with that (e.g., essential oils, "natural" fragrances, etc.). I will point out that this does include salicylic acid as an ingredient though; but it's so far down the list of ingredients, that I don't expect it to have much of an impact on my skin, good or bad. Overall, I found this moisturizer easy to spread, and offered all day moisture for my slightly dehydrated skin.

It is a very thick cream, but still manages to feel silky smooth and almost airy as you apply it. The cream absorbs into your skin wonderfully and quickly and does not leave you feeling sticky or greasy. It instantly replenishes your lost moisture. Now it didn't eliminate my hard calluses on my feet, but it did soften them and make my feet feel more comfortable. I feel that with long term use this could really improve my skin health completely. I'm super impressed with how much moisture it provides without feeling greasy or needing to reapply frequently. This is amazing and I would definitely recommend it to all my friends and family. I will be stocking up on this product for sure. This is my new favorite body moisturizer.

So, I very often skip applying lotion to my body in the morning even when I know and feel my skin is very dry and slightly itchy (from the dryness).Ultra Body Mega Moisture Squalane Cream is a very lightweight body cream that does not leave a sticky feeling on your skin. It absorbs quickly and keeps your skin smooth and hydrated throughout the day (or night, depending on when you apply it). I also appreciate how this cream does not contain any fragrance. Too many products contain fragrance, and it can be very bothersome to me, especially with my chronic migraine.One thing I would add is that this cream may not be adequate for very dry parts of the body, such as elbows and knees. While most of my skin remained well-hydrated throughout the day after applying the cream, my elbows still felt somewhat dry. So, reapplying the cream more than once daily may be a good idea for drier parts of the body. Overall, I recommend Ultra Body Mega Moisture Squalane Cream to anyone looking for a lightweight but hydrating body cream. Its lack of fragrance is a great bonus, and it makes it very easy to gift it to a friend or family member who may be sensitive to fragrances.
