Awful product. Don’t waste your money. I chose this one over others as I thought Kilner was a reliable and well known brand, but this drinks dispenser was poor quality from the start. Tap was leaking as soon as I poured in the drink and the metal fastening to close the lid was broken. I was so frustrated with it we poured the drinks into jugs and I threw the dispenser in the bin rather than taking it back home. Just use regular jugs and don’t waste your money like I did.

I have given it four stars because the first time it got delivered, the dispenser was totally crushed and glass was almost everywhere in the box, mostly powdered glass. The seat pads which were in the same order were not wrapped separately, which was disappointing too. I had to go on the chat to report the breakage which had a long queue. I had to attempt a couple of times, I guess because of the Christmas/new year season. Now i have a new dispenser and it looks great.

Nice pieces. Did the job to serve lime and soda and Pimms and lemonade at a family party. You need to know (which wasn’t obvious to us 😫 that the clip needs to be open to release the vacuum for the tap to work. Would recommend.

This is a good sturdy drinks dispenser. We did have to fix the spout properly as on the first use it leaked as it wasn't screwed in tightly, but after we had secured the spout it was perfect. Looks very pretty once all set up. I bought a riser for it to make pouring easier so a glass could fit under the spout.
It’s a fantastic jug that holds lots of water and it’s old-timey look is just wonderful. The only problem is that the spigot is flimsy and useless as the flow of water is a mere trickle. I would suggest buying a stainless steel replacement for it (Kilner brand or otherwise) which has a sturdier construction and more generous flow — the one I bought is amazing.
Good quality thick glass. Looks great and the tap works well. Very pleased with the quality and the price. Brought over to Crete in hold luggage and sitting on my worktop full of lemon and mint water.
Brought this for my daughters 4th birthday party… went down a bit. Just made some fruit punch serves a lot of peopleOnly thing is when it gets to the bottom you have to tilt it to get the juice. But overall very happy I now use it in my house as independent tasks for my daughter when she wants to get her own water or juice.
Top quality thick glass product and great price. Delivered promptly opened the cardboard box and was well wrapped in bigger bubble wrap. If it came with a better tap would of given it 5 stars but all of these types of drink dispensers come with these type of taps, (the handles tend to snap after a little use or heavy handedness will buy a better quality tap for it soon. Great proper Kilner glass product though at an unbeatable price, have seen these sell for more second hand. Highly recommended if you need a product like this look no further. I bought it to use with distilled water that I keep in the fridge so it's cold and fresh works perfectly!
The water does not come out at all despite numerous tries! I have not reported it as this is my second one, the first one arrived smashed and a new one was send as a replacement. I also found it hard to wait another 55 mins on the webchat and phone for someone to help me. Would be helpful if there was an e-mail address as well or that the product worked.
Great for summer. I add different fruits, with ice, to flavour water. My guests found it easy to use. I'm also planning to use it for sangria. Really useful drinks dispenser, that works as expected if you read the instructions before attempting to fill it and use it.
