I go thru, at least, 3 dozen jars of this stuff each year. Condition, upon delivery, varies widely. I used to stir by hand with a heavy butter knife, but, eventually, I learned to use the drink blender attachment on my hand mixer. I have also used a standard mixing blade, but the drink blender one works best for me. Your hand mixer might not have optional bits, so just go with what you have. BE SURE TO HOLD THE JAR TIGHT, because once you start the mixer up, itll throw almond oil all over the place, if you arent ready. :-P

This is an awesome almond butter and great price. This is harder to find at my Costco location so I stock up when it is available. This is wonderful because it is literally just roasted and creamed almonds with no other ingredients. This does separate sitting in the warehouse, make sure to really mix this well. Just when you think you stirred it well, stir it some more. Otherwise, you end up wasting the product and the dredges are dry and clumpy. Make sure to store in the fridge once opened.I use to make my own almond butter, but it is more cost effective to buy this already made at Costco.

I love almond butter. I cannot eat peanuts so Almond butter it is. Some brands are so expensive that I initially made my own. Then I saw this at Costco. This is the cheapest almond butter that I have found and one of the most delicious! It is just like homemade. Just toasted ground up almond and nothing else. No salt, no preservatives. Because it all natural, the oil will separate and float on top. You just need to be patient and mix it slowly and thoroughly and you are good to go. Once opened, make sure to store in the fridge.

I'm an almond butter fan and a Costco fan but after 3-4 purchases of Costco Kirkland almond butter, I must say this is the most consistently disappointing almond butter I've ever had. It does taste good But It has been runny/soupy every time i purchased it An almond butter sandwich is mission impossible unless you like almond butter dripping out all 4 sides. I have an idea what is going on. I don't believe for a minute that this is almond butter is 100% made from only almonds that go unprocessed (besides roasting ), directly into a commercial grinder directly into its empty jar with no other almond oils, meals, or almond byproducts added. H---n produces and sells truckloads of Almond oil which means they have truckloads of almond meal to try to market somehow. This gets me wondering why not only do i keep getting runny almond butter but also why do some people describe the creamy almond butter of having sort of a gritty texture mixed in the smooth butter. The question I would like to ask the makers of this is: Are they mixing some almond meal and more oil in with fresh grind almond butter?

I love to shop from Costco. Especially the Kirkland brand is affordable and very good quality. This organic cream almond butter is from Costco and we use it as spread and sometime we mix it with oatmeal . This is made with almond so I really like the texture of this .

This is yummy!!! The oil is already separated when you first open the bottle so you have to mix it well before starting to use it. It’s affordable and delicious. Would definitely recommend and it’s a repeat but for me. Only removing one star as towards the end of the bottle due to lack of oil when not mixed properly the last 2-3 uses worth of almond butter becomes clumsy I.e. non-spreadable. I just use it in my smoothie then.

I love this almond butter from Costco! It is creamy, tastes so good and there are no added ingredients! It isn’t super expensive like some of those other almond butters. Better than peanut butter!

This is our favorite almond butter! Weirdly enough, it can be hard to find nut butters that aren't cross contaminated with peanuts but we need to avoid those because of an allergy. The whole reason we're eating almond butter to begin with. This one is safe and sold at a reasonable price (if you have a costco membership). There are also no other ingredients so it isn't full of other oils or sugar. I do sometimes add salt to have a flavor closer to peanut butter, especially if I'm replacing it for PB in a recipe. But aside from having to mix it up every time because it's all natural, we love this one. It's our favorite and I make sure to buy it everytime I hit up Costco.

Smooth, creamy, and an excellent value
14 February 2019

I especially like the large-size quantity, and the price makes it an excellent value, nearly half the price or less of most brands. The product is very creamy. As with most nut butters, the solids settle to the bottom, and must be stirred up to restore the almond butter's homogeneity and creaminess. Warm the bottle in a pan of very warm, but not hot or boiling water (which can soften the bottle) for about 3 to 5 minutes to loosen the congealed almond butter and make it easy to stir. I urge you not to use a microwave oven to warm the contents, because it damages the food and creates toxins. (Look it up on-line.)

The SAFE almond butter.
4 September 2023

I recently realized I was allergic to peanuts and soy. So I bought this almond butter to try. It is fine, good texure and taste. The main reason I bought this brand it that they say they are a peanut free facility. This is huge. I'm thinking most people switch to almonds because of peanut allergy. Other brands state they "may" contain peanuts or tree nuts. NOT ok. That is dangerous for people with allergies.
