Kirkland Signature Glucosamine and Chondroitin - 280 Tablets

I used to sit on floors for very long hours working installing equipment for various employers and my knees paid the toll in damaged cartilage. At home gardening was getting more difficult especially when moving heavy weigh in a wheel barrow, my knees swelled to 150 percent their normal size and sleeping became difficult. So I started taking the Kirkland G & C Product. That was forty years ago and I'm still walking with no swelling. I do walk with a cane and get shots every 6 months now, but no surgery needed yet and some cartilage left in this seniors knees. Still can do some garden work and furniture work in my shop. This stuff lubricates well!

Made a mistake with my last purchase of this great product and inadvertently purchased the unflavored version. The unflavored actually has a very potent savory smell and taste. Imagine you spilled the seasoning packet from some off-brand funky ramen product into your muscle-building protein powder... it smells and tastes something like that. Its odor will permeate everything it gets near, so if you put your daily meds/supplements into a pill minder, all of your pills will have this unflavored stench. However the vanilla version of these tablets is lovely! I noticed a very definite difference in my knees the few times Ive stopped taking this supplement for a few months, so glucosamine/chondroitin is now a must-have for me. A lot of companies are making this supplement.I have a joint problem for several years now, and I heard about this product from a friend. I tried it, and it worked. It will not totally take away the pain from your joints,but its better than not taking it at all. When you start taking it, you have to take for the rest of your life until something better comes. Ive tried the one made by Home Deliveries USA, to my surprise, it didnt work.

My husband first told me to take this supplement when I complained of stiffness and pain in my knees. He told me it would take about 8 weeks before it would work but hang in there. I did and forgot that I was ever in pain. Somehow, thinking that the pain just went away on its own, I stop taking them. Not! The pain came back. After taking them again for a couple of days, the pain went away again. They are my lifeline.

These pills are huge! Swallowing them is a chore! Once you actually have taken them for a bit they do actually help. I have arthritis in several joints pretty bad I need to get checked for RA . My fingers swell and hurt and will lock up , my shoulders get inflamed and hurt and my hips and knees. They pop so loud it’s crazy. So yah I look for anything that might help. This does ! It’s not a miracle cure or anything but the inflammation is less so the pain is less.
