Why didn't I purchase one of these earlier?? I have bent so many spoons trying to get the Ice-cream out of the container. Bought one of these Kitchenaid Ice-cream scoops and it is just like a miracle..... so easy to use and a lovely round scoop of Ice-cream as well!!!! I can't believe that I didn't think to buy one when my children were younger.... would have made life so much easier. Thank you Kitchenaid for such a solid, usable kitchen item....I will be purchasing 3 for my children, to use for their children, for Christmas. PS also good for mashed potato and pumpkin.

I have never had a scoop and always struggled to spoon the ice cream out of the tub. This scoops goes through -19C ice cream like there's no tomorrow. Beautiful balls. Love it.

Great scoop! Works well! We have a fair bit of ice cream in our house and this is one of the better scoops we have had. Makes a great scoop.
I went on a limb and purchased this ice cream scoop thinking, it's Kitchenaid so it must be good but really, it's just and ice cream scoop! Well think again! It's nice and sturdy, feels like it will last and not break like the cheap supermarket ones.
You know its just the little things that count, like an ice cream scoop that is so comfortable to hold, has a feel of quality and actually works well and also dishwasher proof. What more can you ask for!
Hard to imagine an ice cream scoop could be this good! Sounds strange to say but I can scoop ice cream better because of this. Lovely weighting and heft.
It is not that lightweight, the quality is good at an affordable price. Ice cream comes out very easily, neat and it scoops the ice cream well. The grip is very easy to use as well.
Nothing revolutionary but this scoop works perfectly, is a nice size and shape and is easy to clean (no weird nooks and crannies where water or icecream gets stuck. Love it!
