Great masher. Sturdy and quality construction. Does a great job of mashing vegetables but leave peas whole for some juicy texture. The wider bars make cleaning easy. Fine to put through the top rack of the dishwasher - I've used mine about three times so far and cleaned in the dishwasher each time without any issues.

I love this masher! It's robust and efficient. I like to keep the skin on my spuds and sweet potato and the Kitchenaid masher breaks through this easily without it blocking up the wires. Great for rustic or smooth mash. It's a keeper!
Very effective masher… the metal mashing part is well-designed as wide enough to mash well while preventing sticking. Replaced an OXO heavy-duty plastic one which was very hard to remove the mash from and difficult to clean. This one is way better.
