Absolutley in love with my new sauna! It's the best money I've ever spent. I use it daily and feel amazing for it. So good for post training recovery and has even improved my sleep quality. Could not rate the sauna or Kiva Wellness highly enough. Would definitley recommend to anyone considering one, buy it. You won't be sorry.
We have been using our sauna daily and it’s been great. There were a few minor issues but overall very good for the price range. Love it.
I admit I was a touch dubious about such a big online purchase but I couldn’t be happier. Service from Love Your Health was amazing, the sauna was couriered all the way to Cairns without issue, and it was quick too! Assembly was not too hard but you definitely need two people minimum, mainly for the glass door. Two saunas in and I’m absolutely loving it 🌸
I was looking at saunas for a while and decided to purchase the Kiva Wellness sauna after doing a lot of research. I was told the sauna would arrive late January but it arrived on the 20th which is fantastic. You definitely need two people to assemble the sauna as it can be heavy. It heats well and I’m really happy with the sauna. Only issues I had was locating the instructions and door handle. We found them after putting the whole sauna together minus the roof . It was located in the roof panel and we didn’t find it until we unscrewed the panel 🙄.The only fault I found with the sauna was some of the chrome was tarnished on arrival but nothing major.All and all a good purchase and I would highly recommend this product.
Easy to assemble (just make sure the ground is perfectly flat), reasonably well-built, and provides excellent results. Takes about 1hr to heat up to max temp (71-72). Bluetooth speaker works well for podcasts or relaxation music. Part of my daily routine now :)
It was so exciting to receive our lovely 2 person sauna.Assembled it the same day, & by that evening was enjoying the benefits to their fullest.I'm feeling better than I have in many years, so in my case - it has surpassed all of the expectations I had when researching a sauna.
I'm very happy with this sauna. It was easy to set up (with 2 people) and works great. The instructions were easy to follow and the video tutorial was fantastic.The sauna heats up well and the Bluetooth and coloured lights are a great feature.I am very happy with the value for money of this sauna and is spacious for two people.The customer service from Love Your Health has been fantastic from answering my questions about the sauna, processing the order, shipping and aftercare.The shipping was fast, but the courier delivered my sauna to the wrong house (in the same street). I called Love Your Health and they got this fixed up and ensured it was re-delivered the same day.
