Another corporation altering an excellent product for the worse! Why change the quality of the tissue? And no notice that you were changing the product for the consumer to make choices. I purchased a 4 bundle pack of the Trusted Care product line in latter June of 2023, and it is quite a noticeable difference. Tissue is rough and scratchy, like tissues made 40 years ago. I will no longer be purchasing your products. I will buy store brand or Target brand instead.

My family and I have used Kleenex Trusted-Care tissues for many years and have been very happy with the brand until now. Over the past year or so, the quality of the Kleenex Trusted -Care has declined. It seems like every other box lately has something wrong with it to include significant amounts of tissue dust/debris from the manufacturing process or incorrect folding/stacking that does not allow for proper tissue feeding. Initially I assumed it may have been indiscriminate issues, but the sheer number of issues seems to indicate decreased manufacturing quality control. It is time to try another popular brand.

Kleenex arrived in separate box. When opened noted ants on the Kleenex package. At first, I thought they were inside the big box. A closer look and realized that the ants were inside the sealed plastic wrap and the boxes of Kleenex were infested with ants. Immediately, placed into trash and put trash to the curb. If this wasn’t a $27 purchase of Kleenex and it wasn’t difficult to purchase Kleenex locally now, I wouldn’t even say anything, but it’s a lot of money and they are difficult to find. Provided this feedback, but never got a response from the seller.

"#sweepstakes". Trusted Care Kleenex facial tissues are the only facial tissues we will purchase. They do not have any perfume smell which is great for people who are sensitive to certain smells. I love the fact that I can purchase this product at BJ's at a reasonable price in a bulk package. This last purchase the boxes were various colors and that was very nice to accent my rooms. The only disappointment I ever have with these is when BJ's is out of stock. This is a must have around your house!
IF this were the 3-ply, Ultra Soft Kleenex tissues, these WOULD be a decent value. But for me personally, these tissues aren't soft enough, thick enough, or durable enough to use regularly or buy in bulk. These would maybe work ok if I were a therapist (for example) & needed to put out a cheap box of tissues for clients to use. But they irritate the sensitive area underneath my nose far too easily, and I have to use at least 2 at a time to blow my nose, making them a bad value.A few years ago, Sam's used to offer the Kleenex ultra soft in the rectangular boxes. Now you can only purchase them at Sam's in the cubes, but there are about half the number of tissues in the cubes per box no longer offers the Ultra Soft in the rectangular boxes anymore
The color and design of the new boxes are horrible. Unless you are trying to appeal to young children, please change this. A solid or muted pattern in gray, tan, blue or even white would be preferred for most people. I cannot buy these in this design to place in my home. I’ve been an exclusive Kleenex purchaser and this is making me change brands. Please bring back regular colors. Thank you.
Kleenex has been a part of my household for over 70 years. I've never been disappointed with the brand. I've tried the "new" anti bacterial/anti viral Kleenex and I went back to the original Kleenex due to its cheaper cost per unit and its proven reliability. From time to time, I have helped myself to tissues from a hotel room, usually a generic brand. What a disappointment! I may as well have been wiping my nose with a tissue that had sawdust as a main component. It's always back to the old, proven choice - Kleenex!
I usually like the name brand tissues but sometimes the lint particles get up in my sinuses and kind of choke me into a coughing frenzy. Some batches are worse then others. And I cannot use lotion Kleenex do to scent allergies. I try to shake them out before I use one and breath out as I blow into it and definitely don’t breath in through my nose during use, only exhale to avoid sucking in the particles into my sinuses (breath in through mouth to be able to blow out again through my nose). If you are in the sunlight when you take a tissue out of the box the lint dust particles that hit the air are unbelievable. Other than that they are soft enough but not too soft.

This product is now so inferior to what it was, it's unrecognizable. The tissues are thin and hard as a rock. Our noses are red, irritated, and raw using this sandpaper they call a facial tissue. We've even compared them to the cheapest grocery store brand we could find, and the grocery store value brand feels much softer at about a third of the price. I know that this economy isn't what it used to be due to grossly incompetent leadership, but to completely sacrifice quality for economics is an insult to your consumers that have been with you our entire lives. I have been buying the 10-pack of 2-ply in the flat boxes at Costco for decades now. Up until now, the boxes have always been so depressing-looking with drab colors and mediocre graphics. I was incredibly delighted to see these gorgeous, vibrantly-colored boxes with cute graphics of flowers and insects! I did not even need to purchase Kleenex when I first saw these at Costco, but I purchased a 10-pack anyway, because the boxes were so attractive! These will be great for Spring and Summer, and could you make boxes with cute, vibrant graphics for Autumn and Winter? Pumpkins, Autumn leaves, hot cocoa, snowmen, ice skaters on a pond...
