This is NOT a 60cm wide rangehood. It is 52cm wide. I had to return it to Myer Eastland. I bought it online to have installed in my kitchen. Imagine my surprise when the senior gentleman behind the counter said ‘this item is excluded from change of mind returns. It clearly says 52cm on the box’. We bought it ONLiNE. Thankfully his colleague Chloe intervened and accepted it as a return. Next time should I ask for a photo of the box before I order?
