I own three of the 15-1 Ratchet screwdrivers and love them. I keep one in my truck, one at home, and one in my office, This is the best Klein tool I’ve ever owned and I’ve been using Klein tools since the early 70s. The bits are for common screw types used in the electrical business. Buy one and you will want to buy one for friends, family, and give as gifts

I bought this screwdriver two months ago to replace a different brand I've had for a couple of years. This screwdriver is almost perfect. The only thing I wish I could add to it is a removable handle for drill use in a pinch. It rotates with ease and the boys store securely without any of them getting lose over time. I'd recommend this ratcheting screwdriver to anyone look for a multibit of any kind.

First is the bits and bit holder. I don't like the double ended bits it uses. I really wish they would make a version that held bits like the 32303 model. If the could just add a bit of ribbing to improve grip it would be much better. Lastly is the lack of a magnet. Yes, the bits themselves are magnetic, but it no where near as good as it would be if it had a magnet in the tip. This problem could be easily solved if they used regular bits like the ... I purchased this product several months ago for various home and work projects. I have always bought Klein tools because of their quality and dependability. When this tool arrived, I immediately tried it out to see if it lived up to the standard of the other tools that I have purchased from Klein, and it did! Having the interchangeable bits and the ratcheting feature made short work of an otherwise time consuming job. Once again Klein tools exceeded my expectations for quality and service.
No regrets with this purchase. Very useful tool. The longer shank allows for easier access to tight screws that my heavy duty muti bit couldn't get to. The bits store securely in the handle and are easy to access and find when needed. Tool has a good feel and the ratcheting mechanism sounds good.I have let two other people use it and they liked the tools and asked where I got it and said they would be ordering one.

I have noticed this is a big issue with some Klein screw drivers as my 27 in 1 Tamperproof screw driver has the same issue. I am very disappointed that I literally only last 10 minutes on the jobsite before the material started to degrade. I think Klein should go back to the rubber material over what they are using on these now. This screw driver is worthy of a 5 star rating but due to this simple issue I have to give it a 3 star rating because ... I’ve had probably about a half dozen of the heavy duty multi bit Klein screwdriver over the past 2 decades & it’s hands down the best in its class until now. I preordered this one when I first saw it & fell in love with once it arrived. I like that the shaft is standard size and a little bit longer makes it easier to get into tighter spots. I also like that the handle is larger both in length & diameter. I like that all the bits are stored in one place inside the handle makes changing bits faster because you don’t have to keep flipping the shaft around etc... As an added bonus it has 3 ratchet positions makes driving faster.
Great tool! Handle is slightly but understandably thicker than the common screwdriver.The only problem I have is there are no -/+ tips to simplify switching Phillip to slotted by turning it around. My work requires a lot of switching between those two. Klein makes them but not this size!
I originally bought this to do some side work, and decided to just take it to work with me. Needless to say; I fell in love with it! It saves so much time by quickly swapping the bits out, and keep me from digging around to find the right screwdriver. I’ve had this for 3 months and only use another screwdriver to beat on with that’s junk. I will wholeheartedly keep buying this screwdriver when it breaks.
I really love this screwdriver, and using it it feels great in the hand and the ratchet is solid, but I dropped It, and the bit holder does not seat back into the handle like it should anymore. I'm pretty disappointed in the quality in that regard, and really really hope that my experience is just a fluke.
