I was worried about the horn loaded tweeter as my ears do suffer from fatigue from certain speakers. Was looking at the SVS Ultra's, RF7 III and Paradigm Prestige. Cost wise the RF-8000f was the cheapest by far, but don't let cost fool you. I heard the Paradigm speakers which were over $5,000 for the pair, these speakers can compete with those! They punch above their price point and offer amazing value. As someone who loves 3-way designs, this speaker shocked me. Highs are amazing, mids are clear and lows hit hard. Very happy with them, even bought the matching center, surrounds and bookshelf's for the 7.2.4 setup. In 2 channel listening, there is no need for a subwoofer, not something that can be said for all speakers. These speakers are simply awesome, the best I have ever heard. All music sounds better on then, but especially the instrumental portion, seems like the band is in the room with you. The sound is so clear and crisp on each piano note or pluck of a string instrument. I have been listening to them for hours every day and continue to be amazed how good they are, well worth the money.

Speakers were shipped in all original packaging and enclosed in an additional box, speakers arrived in mint condition!! The sound of these beautiful speakers are awesome!! The imaging is superb! The horns are crisp without being brash. The dual 8" woofers do a great job alone. These completed my 5.1 system, which includes the Klipsch RP-504C for the center, RP-500M for the surround and for now the Klipsch R-80SWi wireless subwoofer. In recent weeks, I have thrown in all music genres, metal, rock, jazz, blues, classical, opera, pop, live ... they all perform brilliantly and display everything very faithfully. For example with a piece of piano you hear the touch and the pressing of the keys ... in jazz you hear the man caress the bass ... that's what you want, right? Maybe I've already noticed, but I'm very satisfied with these loudspeakers ... Are you looking for a room (living room) with a beautiful sound, do not doubt.
I purchased the RP8000F's to revamp my home theater set up. I now have RP8000F's for L and R, RP450C center channel, SPL 120 subwoofer with an older Velodyne 12 inch sub, 4 atmos ceiling speakers and two back surrounds. My front stage is Klipsch. I must say, the change in the sound was well worth the expense. I do not think I will be looking to make any future changes in my home theater set up. The sound is amazing on movies. Just regular tv viewing has also improved. If you are a movie watching family, as we are, I highly recommend going with Klipsch speakers. Very efficient and great sounding speakers.
The price was great for this bundle and it is really awesome! I am on a budget compared to others but I am using a Denon AVR 4700 to power these and these speakers just make me smile when I play them. Very clear and realistic! When it comes to music they just light up! The best system I have ever owned and like all audiophiles we need to upgrade, I am actually happy right now!!!

The clarity of the drums is what is especially noticeable --now I can hear Alex Van Halen hitting every drum in the kit across my room. A Perfect Circle is another room shaker. I wasn't sure my little amp would drive these and it drives them with ease--I find myself turning down to avoid annoying the neighbors---looks like I'll have to switch to just the bookshelves after 10pm. The horn tweeter is very good, gets all the air and tone just right. Plenty of life and dynamics in their sound. The bass goes quite low but has lots of detail and punch. These punch way above their price point. Packing was first rate and they appear as new with all documentation. Highly recommended.

There is just a small dip in the midrange, most likely and obviously due to the lack of a true mid-woofer, however, it really is a nit pick issue. When paired with the matching RP center channel, music listening is dramatic (I have the full RP system and separate in-ceiling for atmos). The center is pricey, but in my opinion, necessary. It fills the void of the midrange, and, it is almost like these towers were designed to be used together with the center (yes, they were) though I mean if you are looking for 2 channel audio, I would buy the center, too. Everyone is quick to give Klipsch the whole rock and roll speaker knock, but these are not that. These are hi fidelity beautiful speakers. Build quality is excellent. Again, I challenge you to find a better speaker for the price, especially when these are on sale often. I think these are a better package than the SVS Prime Pinnacle. Their graphical response also shows they respond better and my ears say they are virtually very close but there is a quality of the Klipsch I just cant put my finger on that gave them the W. I cannot get over how good of a product they have here, right down to the rock-solid metal base these are affixed and pre-installed to. They will blow you away. If you are not going into the upper echelon of home audio, and by that I mean a few thousand per speaker, these are really one of the best floor standing units around. Cannot go wrong. At all. I would say the best counterpart might be a Polk LSIM, however, these Klipsch units are much more ergonomic and slim. They will fit and place much easier. Plus, the beautiful "golden" look.
