Klorane Mango Butter Shampoo 100ml

I've used this shampoo alongside the matching conditioner and found they worked well together.This shampoo does the job well and I find it doesn't dry out or flare up my sensitive scalp. It smells delicious and lathers well.I didn't like it quite as much as the peony shampoo by Klorane but that is mainly because my scalp is fussy. But this is still another wonderful product from a great brand.This would be a great shampoo for anyone looking for a shampoo that isn't drying, cleans well and smells amazing. You really can't go wrong with any of the Klorane products.

I bought three bottles of this shampoo and conditioner because I thought I would like the mango butter scent. At first, the shampoo worked fine. It lathers up well and has a light fragrance. I did notice it took longer to wash out the shampoos, but I didn't think anything of it. After about a month of use, I noticed that my hair start to fall out and clumps while I was shampooing. And for full disclosure, please note that I have never contracted Covid-19 and that I am fully vaccinated, so this hair fall out was not a symptom of Covid. Since I'm working from home I'm not using any hair products like styling gel or moose or hairspray. In fact I'm just letting my hair naturally air dry and I'm not even blow drying. The shampoo was really drying out my hair as well and I didn't have dry hair before. Dermatologist suggested using a clarifying shampoo which I did. He said but at the hair follicles are blocked this will cause hair fallout. So I stopped using this shampoo and conditioner immediately. I bought the Acure clarifying shampoo at Ulta and it worked very well to detox and clarify my scalp. I switched to another shampoo with no silicones in it and that was gentle enough to use everyday if needed (Luseta Apple Cider Vinegar Shampoo). What a difference! My hair stopped falling out in clumps, my scalp felt clain (like it could breathe again!) and it had great shine again.The only thing I've determined that made my hair fall out was my use of the Klorane Mango Butter Shampoo and Conditioner. I even wrote to Klorane and sent them pictures of my hair fall out, and they acknowledge receipt of my email but never replied back afterwards. Pretty suspicious, and they have since then repackaged and reformulated their product, but it's still looks like thick goo you cannot see through so it will still probably coat your hair and scalp and cause blockage.I do not recommend this shampoo and conditioner at all, but especially the shampoo because it is so thick and clogging and becomes very difficult to wash out. I mean you will spend 20 minutes trying to wash it out of your hair completely. If it takes this long to get the slick feel of the shampoo out of your hair, that's not good!

I bought this in the Rewards Room as I’d bought a different Klorane shampoo before and liked it. This French shampoo contains 86% natural origin ingredients including mango seed butter. It is aimed at dry hair which mine is - shoulder length and coloured (over grey/white), prone to frizziness.The flip top bottle contains 200ml of a quite thick, opaque, mango flesh coloured shampoo. It smells lovely, definitely can pick up the mango in there. It lathers up nicely and washes out well leaving my hair feeling clean and tangle-free. I’ve been following it with the mango conditioner and my hair is feeling and looking good.
