No hold, very tedious to apply too hard. The hair looks afterwards as if you had not showered for 1 week and pressed flat! Nothing for medium length hair!!!
Does not really hold the hair in shape, although it does keep natural curly hair wavy.
Excellent product. However, I do not use as instructed. I apply after towel drying as a gel-type "fixative" . When my hair is dry, I brush to style. Adds lots of volume. I do not blow dry.
