I Ordered a left and right Genutrain OA Knee Brace i have reasonably severe osteo arthritis in both kneesThe right Brace i have received has been good been using it about two weeks and it has relieved my discomfort significantly the reason im putting 4 stars and not 5 is upon opening the package for left bracei discovered they had sent me another right one and whilst the service department sent me the paperwork to return promptly after i supplied photos. I just feel a little put out that i wont receive a replacement until the incorrect one has been received which so far Australia Post have had 10 days and still not delivered. Maybe im being a bit unreasonable but it was not my error and i feel they should have sent replacement immediately. Also upon packaging ... My grandson Sam who is in his twenties had knee surgery and some months later he was able to go back to work as a chef but his knee continued to cause him issues with pain. He had physio done for several months but his knee was still not right with the constant pain and discomfort.
