Really great needle tips! Only complaint is that they are not quite as sharp as my Chiaogoo tips, and the join with the cable isn't quite as smooth - I like doing complex lace work though, so a blunter tip might be better for you, depending on your preferences!

These are the workhorse of my knitting needles. They are slick and easy to knit with, but in time, you may find that they start to oxidise from your hands touching them and even a gentle scrub with the touch side of a sponge can expose the brass beneath. I have also found that if you knit very tightly while cabling, then they can deform a little. Using them to k3tog with 4 strands of Aran for a Red Heart pattern actually left divots from the tip of the other needle. But on regular use, they're fine. They do occasionally come loose from the cable, but they've never got close to separating completely before I notice. Simple and get the job done! Just be careful not to use them after moisturising your hands, my needles started going a weird colour (but still usable). Brought replacement pair and other sizes.

I’ve always loved the fixed Nova and these are just the same great quality. They don’t snag the yarn and very smooth, but you may see the chrome coating coming off after a lot of use to show the brass underneath. The finer needles are prone to bending over other brands but overall they are still one of my favourite Knit Pro needles.

These needles are very smooth and light, which always helps with hand fatigue. I knit to stop my arthritis from getting worse, and over the years it has always helped me when it starts to get cold. The needle cable has nothing to snag your wool and is easily pulled through the top down sweater that I have just started. (yes... I'm a nit and forgot to get a smaller pair for the neck!). I will buy some of these from this store. They are such good value, compared with the Pony and other needles. I have used circular pony needles, but they are heavy enough to hurt arthritic hands. I love these. I am producing a heavy sweater with cable sts etc and so far, they are performing really well, and I can change my knitting style easily to speed up the job. Good sturdy product. Metal needles slide through thick wool much easier. Don't know whether it's the way I knit, but the stitch leads tend to unscrew very slowly as I go along and I need to tighten them up from time to time.
