Most beautiful book with a lovely message to kids of all ages, that no matter you win or lose, whether she says or not, Mum will always love you. Tears welled up in my eyes when my elder one was reading it with me, I could relate the koala mum with me and my kid to Lou. This book is about a small koala who's mum loves her a lot. With repetition of words it is an easy read with younger children. A good book to snuggle up with.
Purchased for my great niece and nephew, with Mem as author bound to be a good tale, beautifully enhanced by the fantastic colourful illustrations which are bound to keep the attention of the young folk.
A wonderful story about perseverance, a modern classic. Great for early primary ages.

My little one (3) came across this book at my parents place. He was very taken with it so got him his own copy. It is just a little bit too long for him to hold his interest and some of the words are a bit beyond him but great for extending the vocabulary. It is a lovely story about a mum's love for her child.
Koala Luo is wrapped in unconditional love. This is a beautiful comforting preschool book you'll bee asked to read aloud again and again.
