My daughter’s old Koala mattress started dipping in the middle - it was 7 years old. I contacted Koala since it was within the warranty period, and the process to claim was very simple. Their service was excellent, very friendly and helpful and the mattress was replaced straight away and the old one collected. So impressed with how everything was handled. Daughter loves her new mattress and if we ever need another mattress would buy from Koala again.

I bought a nee SE Koala mattress about 6 montjs ago for our guest room. The guest who slept on the mattress had a back ache after sleeping on the mattress for less than 2 weeks. We had to swap the SE Koala mattress with the old one. Luckily we did not throw our old one. Then my partner had a back pain after sleeping on the SE mattress. I feel that it is way too softI have queen size koala mattress that I bought back in 2019, it is still good and never gave me backache. I had so much trust in Koala mattresses and bought the new SE thinking it woll be a good mattress. I’m really didappointed with this mattress to be honest. Now its too late to return and get a refund.

Everything about this mattress exceeded my expectations. The quick delivery, the high quality, the option to have it delivered to the room you specify, or have it fully set up and the box is taken away was excellent.It's extremely comfortable, and is the perfect mix of firmness yet soft comfort. I had it delivered to the bedroom, and I was able to pull it out of the box and unroll it by myself.Another nice touch was the stuffed koala they include in the box.

It felt nice soft and comfortable, I chose the cheapest mattress from 3 different options and bought it with Afterpay. The reason why I bought it was to restore my sleep quality by getting 11-13 hours of unbroken sleep restored, as a stepping stone towards my usual 9 hours sleep a day from 15-18 hours of being awake. Unfortunately it hasn't restored my sleep quality. I'm getting 2 bundles of sleep adding up to 11-13 hours of broken sleep. Tried getting 1 or 2 deep tissue massages for an hour and that hasn't activate the power of the brand new plush mattresss. I absolutely love the Koala mattress. I got the base version. I can already feel the improvement in my sleep quality.1. Improved Spinal Alignment providing better support and reducing pressure points.2. It does work exactly how the ad shows. My heavy body does not sink the mattress (and roll my kids onto me anymore :P)3. I wake up refreshed.4. Increased Stability and very breathable construction.To improve: I would have liked better edge support. feels like one could roll off.
We'd heard and known the name of famous Aussie Koala mattress for a long time but never tried until recently when upgrading our mattress.I have neck, shoulder and lower back pain in general and insomniac. Since started trying one of the new SE series, I really found the difference of my physical conditions improved. I'm definitely feeling less tiredness thanks to better and deeper sleep than former mattresses.My partner loves it too and will get one soon for my daughter.It sounds too good but it really fit me and my family:)Also impressed with the fast and free delivery service as well as kind customer support service.
Bought the Koala SE mattress in a double. Really impressed with the comfort of this mattress - it really moulds to your shape, but springs back when you move. I don't feel a need to add a mattress topper to increase comfort. Easy delivery and installation. The decompression process caused a strong chemical scent that took 4 days to reduce to a faint scent (with windows open and sunshine), then another week before the scent dissipated. I highly recommend this mattress for comfort.
So had to give 4 stars only because my back is aching while adjusting to a firmer mattress. As a company, they rock! Speedy delivery, easy purchase. Set up was a breeze and I love that if I roll over or get up it doesn't disturb anyone else. The mattress is comfortable just firmer than what I'm used to. Hopefully I adjust but I love that if I don't they have the 120 night trial period. Tops purchase, would buy from again đź‘Ť
I am impressed with this mattress, excellent quality and product for the price. Delivery was same day, Koala was the only company that could deliver the same day (despite what they say on their website) and they could deliver in the evening for nothing extra, so convenient!Mattress is a little softer than I would prefer but I prefer quite firm.Koala softy was a beautiful touch. I would definitely purchase through koala again.
We researched mattress options before buying. Should we choose springs, foam, tempur, hybrid, latex? After deciding on foam we then researched brands and the Koala SE received great reviews in Choice magazine. We love it! While I did see comments on Koala’s website about the strong smell, I put a diffuser in the room and it was gone in a couple of days. Very comfortable. Easy delivery etc.
