Don’t remember seeing anything in the add saying it was a factory second but when we in packed it there was a small dent in the door and the back right foot was damagedThere was nothing on the box to indicate it was transportation damageSo I think it happened before handAnyway it does the job keeping lunches and milk cold at work so it’ll do
The fridge has been running well since arriving a few weeks ago. It is inexpensive, and has convenient storage spaces. Unfortunately it arrived with minor damage from shipping (slightly crushed panel edge, scratches, and broken plastic hinge cover).

Kogan is good but if you need help with something it's a real chore trying to find how to get hold of someone. There is no phone number, Which is pretty bad.. You should be able to speak to a person.Then you search everywhere looking to contact Customer Service.. That is not easy to find either.Sorry Kogan but you need to up your game and be there to help people with out all that drama looking everywhere to contact you. Why can't you call a phone number. ???
