Love the look, comes well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. One thing I would have preferred is shorter wash cycles. The shortest is over an hour. 90% of our washes don't need so long. Apart from that it's great.

Many options for washing and cycle time. Good results re cleanliness of clothes after wash and are not tangled very much. Much less harshness, with little lint on the clothes at the end of the cycle. A clear 'window' on the door would be much better than a dark one that results in not being able to see what is happening with the clothes. The machine is squeaky during washing, sounds like belts are not correctly aligned. Sounds fragile.

Does exactly what I was looking for. Is roomy and has more than enough settings for every day washing needs. Can easily and effectively do a full load of mixed clothes warm wash in ~35 minutes (quicker if cold & less spin). Delivered as promised as well - the delivery guy put it right in place and took the old broken machine away as requested and paid for in the order.

While the machine is generally quiet, you will hear the water entering when it is filling the drum - that is quite loud - but doesn't last long. The build quality is fantastic, however, the front electronics panel has a bit of give when you pull on it. For the price, this product is fantastic and I am loving the purchase. (I bought it on sale - if it was on full price I would have bough a name brand product instead due to minimal price difference). I am extremely happy with the washing machine cleans well, can open the door if I forget to put something in, quiet, have an option for a very quick wash, delivery was fast and the driver was friendly even bought it into my laundry. 10/10. Bought a drier last year and also very happy. Keep up selling quality products and I’ll keep buying!
Its cold water only so saves my hot water cylinder having to refill plus I can take a shower while its going. Such a powerful spin that it shakes my old wooden house haha. I've put ten ton of washing through it and had no problems. Ive washed dog blankets/towels and its easy to clean out after so hair doesn't transfer to my next wash. All the options on it make it so easy to use too.
Quick delivery. Great price for an even greater washing machine I honestly can’t fault the machine at all. Haven’t had a problem with it at all. I would definitely recommend this washing machine.
The machine looks lovely. However I was pretty dissapointed with the size. The machine is advertised as a 9kg, but the drum is significantly smaller than my 7kg machine. Pretty annoyed and disappointed, seeing as this machine was supposed to be an upsize upgrade. Kogan has been less than helpful with the ordeal im now out of pocket almost $600 and stuck with a machine that isn't suitable for what it was purchased for.

Good capacity drum, but was expecting slightly bigger - realistically, only so much drum you can fit inside standard washing machine dimensions. Most programs run colder than we are used to, but heaps of flexibility in spin speeds, temp and soaking times. We only use a couple of programs for everything, but nice to have choice. Cold fill only. Not a bad thing. I understand modern machines can heat water for less than hot water systems. Longevity? Don't know. We usually expect about 10 years from washing machines.
