For the price point cant fault it at all. Its not the best thing out and it dosnt have all the fancy things but I turn it on before work come home and its done the kitchen lounge and dinning room so I dont have too and it dosnt miss alot there maybe the odd part but I do it everyday and by the weekend its pretty much clean. If you can buy the upgrade but if not id be buying this. Cant be beaten

I haven't used it a lot yet, but it bumps into the furniture with enough force to cause damage over time,. I will be attaching extra padding to the bumper bars. It seems to struggle to navigate spaces well and get stuck more easily than other robot vacs I've owned. Sucks up dirt well enough. I would definitely recommend getting one with better sensor capacity if you want to do a house.

Price does not matter as long as the product is doing its job. This is NOT at all doing its job properly without causing damage to the property(paint). Get stuck with anything that is langer than 5 cm or something like a thread on the floor. With proper programming is very easy to overcome this issue so need to consider these issues in programming. It could move only one meter on the first day and then stopped then moved a bit longer a few days later; I think it is learning to move slowly, like a baby. Sent message to the seller but improper response.

It randomly cleans the same areas and misses most areas of the floor. Lasts about 30 mins of cleaning time and gets stuck on my carpet. Not a good buy! Has to be manually plugged in and turned on. No smart features or house mapping features.
This is our third " robot" type vacuum cleaner in the past 15 years. The first two were quite expensive and left us a little disappointed in their performance and life span. The Kogan unit is about 20% of the price of the previous two, and although not as sophisticated in its technology it is as effective and efficient as the more expensive models. Happy to recommend this unit for small area house or unit.
Unlike a previous robot this one get s stuck on more furniture in my house.The mop doesn't. I can make it be helpful between proper cleaning sessions.Pretty good on cat fur.
Lucky to have kogan excellent customer care so did not lose any money except time. Bought this in Nov 21 and thus silly device only work well for 3 weeks only and after that did not work at all. Charged fir few hours but only runs for 30 seconds. Bad experience.
Does not compare to iRobot. Negatives - The mopping function is a piece of fabric velcroed to the underside & is not very effective. It doesn't dock itself when the battery dies. Struggles on carpet. I wouldn't leave this item unsupervised as it won't turn itself off when it is stuck or the brushes need cleaning. Positives - If you have a simple tiled floor, with very little furniture or floor rugs, then this would be OK to use. If I hadn't had the iRobot first I would have thought this was OK. If you want a smart robot vac, then spend the extra money and get the iRobot.
Such a loud and clumsy device. Would only work slightly better if you had no furniture and rubber edging around the walls. And the “mop” function works better as a duster for all all the dirt the vacuum part doesn’t do.
Bought it to access these types of cleaners. As expected very basic. Didn't clean rooms with furniture very well at all. The cleaning pattern was not good - very repetitive so the same sections were cleaned often while missing other parts of the room. I will investigate a more sophisticated "robot cleaner" and make this the garage cleaner. Even in a simple room it struggles to cover the entire surface. But it can be working when the garage is empty.
