We also found that while the fan oscilated left to right, we have yet to discover how to alter up and down. Our only way to solve this was to wall mount it at about ceiling height. We also found that the desciptor 'noiseless' is far from reality - it makes cvonsiderable noise - more infact than the blade fan it was supposed to replace. A disappointing purchase.

I have only run the fan for maybe 5 minutes but here is my immediate impression.Too noisy, so much for bladeless fans being quieter. I measured the noise level and the 41–56dB on the product page is only for the first 4 fan speeds. Much too noisy for my bedroom.Worse though is, it is a bladeless fan that is advertised with "impressive air-multiplier technology" that doesn't work. Probably something to do with the both the large main body being in the middle of the hole and the air vents being on the forward edge, rather than the inside of the rear edge like I have seen with most other bladeless designs.If all you want is a smart fan, that to be fair does work as a fan, it would be fine. A review I had read said it was loud. I almost didn't buy it. Then I read other good reviews. I'm glad I did. I purchased the fan and it makes a wind noise. Not loud. Works great.
The performance of the fan itself is nothing to brag about.The ad is a bit misleading. The fan is only partially compatible with Amazon Alexa. You can switch on and switch off the fan using Amazon Alexa but you cannot adjust the speed or the oscillation using voice commands. Switching on and off can even be done using a smart plug on a normal fan which costs under $20. The ad needs to say partially compatible with Alexa.Most of my purchases with Kogan have been very good but this one was a let down!!. I have been following up with the support team and I guess because they are short staffed thanks to Covid communication is nearly next to nil. Guess I will have to wait a while to get this item returned.
Great fan. Exactly what I needed. Google Assistant voice interface does not control oscillation, however, just speeds & on/off. Control of oscillation is there in Smart Home app, along with everything else. Google Home app shows unit but only has on/off - no speeds or oscillation. Remote control does everything. If you want something that has all functions compatible with Google Home app & Google Assistant voice control, this one is not for you. The description of item is misleading. While I'm happy with the unit, for needs at my desk, I would have bought something else had I known of these omissions from control via Google. I was considering buying two; one for my bedroom but I'm glad I didn't, because I would have wanted voice control of oscillation function for that.
Great replacement for a traditional desk fan.This one lives next to the computer and is way less "buffety" than its predecessor.Thows a decent amount of air considering its size.
A cool little unit (pun intended) that pumps out a surprising amount of air _ works well with automation to keep my lounge room cool and perfect temperature at all times. Recommended + want more! :)
These are pocket rockets! Bought 2 for the kitchen - (hot and sweaty place with poor ventilation) but only need 1. These are very powerful - turbo means turbo, wall mountable and oscillating feature is perfect for that cramped humid area that you hate being in in summer.One fan was faulty, this was reported and replaced straight away.
