Kondor Blue Sony FX3 Cage - Space Gray Cage Only

Pretty disappointed with this product and Kondor Blue's customer service.After installing it as suggested in their Youtube video, the side rail with the bubble level does not align with the mounting hole.I reached out to KB thinking that it was probably a defect. Their engineer told me to leave the bottom plate partially unscrewed, tighten the sides and then tighten the bottom screw.Surprise, after installing as they suggested, the bottom plate no longer makes complete contact with the bottom of the camera and the mounting points feeling like they're getting unnecessarily stressed.Funny thing is, they linked me to the YouTube video for the correct installation method and they screw in the bottom plate first...

I have to say this is a nice cage. It's light and does what I need it to do. There are a couple issues that come with it.The HDMI door has to be removed off the camera in order to use the HDMI lock.The biggest issue I have with this is the built in plate on the bottom. I purchased this because of its built in plate and the fact that it slides into a gimbal from the left instead of the right like some other brands. However... Even though it is the same type of plate as the mount on the Ronin RS2, You can not use it on the RS2. The plate is too loose and will not lock in place. I received an item that clearly had scratches and paint chips. I sent a picture to Kondor Blue and they agreed that the item had been previously used.
