I picked this up in the Andover store and it's going straight back tomorrow. It does not fit under a single door in my house. The plastic is hard so despite the pictures on the packaging showing the under door bit flexing, it has no give whatsoever. Please do not waste your time buying this as it simply is not as described on the packaging. I suspect it was made for thinner doors in an overseas market as it simply doesn't fit standard UK ones. I would give zero stars if possible. Really disappointed in how misleading the packaging is both in terms of description and the images shown. They do not reflect reality in the slightest.

I bought this in store yesterday having not read previous reviews. Frankly the manufacturer should be prosecuted under the trades description act as if its hard plastic base is impossible to fit under any door! Not fit for purpose and a Complete waste of money.

Was really excited for this product, I thought my cat is gonna love this. But when it came it wouldn't fit under any doors leaving it pretty useless. Doors need to be about 1cm thick which isn't heard of?!?!It's made of a good sturdy plastic with a compartment at the bottom for catnip. Just a shame the design is off.
Fortunately I didn't read the reviews as I bought on impulse. Fits easily on my door and my newly adopted cat went straight to it on her arrival having a good scratch and rolling around on the floor without the catnip added.
Doesn't fit under any door. A piece snapped off at the bottom when trying to fit it. I wouldn't recommend buying this for what it costs. It's just sat in my hallway with no interest whatsoever from my cats. I wish I could of sent it back and got a refund.
It is rather plasticky and the drawer for the cat nip was very difficult to open and is impossible to close. It does not slide under my doors so can't use it for intended purpose; have had to find a piece of furniture where I can slide it under, so not really in a territorial place for marking and grooming.
I wish I had read the reviews of this product before I bought it in the store. It looks cute, but the main issue is that the part that goes under the door will not fit under any real door. Most of our doors are over tile or wood, and there is still not enough clearance. You would need a gap of at least 1.25 inches, which no normal door has. This product cannot stand on its own. Anything pushing against it would easily knock it over.
The scale in the photo is completely fake and should really be corrected. Even if you could argue that the cat in the listing photo is tiny, the scale of the toy against the door in the listing photo is definitely edited. The product is listed for 'adult' cats but its probably better for small kittens. The toy is so much shorter in person and when my order arrived I was disapointed. --That aside, its a cute idea and I think my cat will enjoy using it when she warms up to it. The stand tucks nicely under some shelves and can even stand alone (depending on how hard the cat presses against it.) The grooming bristles are hard plastic and do not flex. That isn't a problem for my cat but it may be for some.
My long-haired cat Alfie loves to rub his head against his brush - he gets positively ecstatic , so this seemed the ideal treat for him. But it doesn't "fit all doors" by any stretch of the imagination. I managed to get it to fit under one by forcing it and scratching the paintwork, but I might as well not have bothered - Alfie resolutely refused to have anything to do with it. After a couple of weeks' trial I took it back to Pets at Home, who, despite the fact that I'd lost both the recipe and the packet of catmint, took it back without question. So top marks for Pets at Home but definitely not for this pointless product.
