KONG Goodie Ribbon Medium

Bought this for a mega chewer husky. He had punctured it totally in the time it took to get peanut butter and kibble out of it. But he does love it, and we've still managed to keep it together for about a month now. I give it to him a few times a week, and often leave it out for him to play with. It seems all the punctures are holding, and he hasn't broken it apart or eaten it (like he has ALL other toys). Longest surviving toy so far.

A great practical toy that will last

Good quality and robust and just the right size for our toy/miniature poodle. Not too heavy for him. Wanted something to make his treats last longer and this does the trick. I alternate between wedging his small bone shaped biscuit treats in and puppy eucalyptus dental sticks which are the perfect ft if you shorten them! This has quickly become his 2nd favourite toy and keeps him amused for ages. Definitely recommend and can't find anything bad to say about it.

Dangerous Toy - be warned

This toy, despite being from Kong, has a serious durability issue. It's made from a soft fragmenting foam rubber composite that was easily swallowed in chunks, making the dogs quite sick. Other Kong toys have been great - this is a BAD product for your pet.

Durable

As a mum of a young Bullterrier and trying to find indestructible toys, this is proving to be definitely up to the challenge. So far a great entertainer. 👍

Fits Costco liver treats perfectly

The holes in this toy perfectly fit the liver treats that are sold at Costco. The rectangular shape treat can be wedged in the hole for a nice challenging chew. The large red size worked for my lab though is starting to deteriorate, I probably will replace it with the larger black size.

Good, but inspect before use to be safe

Good, but inspect for safety defects before using. One of the openings was defective, and my dog ingested the pre-cut loose edging. I found out when it appeared in my dog's stool, and then I inspected the toy finding the defective edge on the one opening. Other than that, it's a fun treat stuffing toy!

My Cockapoo got bored with trying to get the treats out of here as they tend to get stuck in the ridges and are inaccessible for her, regardless of treat size.

Love this for treats!

This is our second time buying it because our dog loves it so much that the other one was finally getting worn down. It’s great for stuffing treats inside. Our dog will spend a good amount of time working on getting treats out which is great mental stimulation. It’s also easy to clean by throwing it in the dishwasher! We love Kong toys for that!

Not good for Labradors!

Great concept but unfortunately my Labrador chewed the end off this toy in 20 mins. Red rubber everywhere! He loves the black kong listed on ths site as the 'classic KONG' and it has lasted for months and still in good condition. My partners pitbull had hers for years...Tip - don't buy this if you have a large dog that chews-alot!

Smells Awful

Cannot tell you if this will hold up for chewing because it smells so bad. I have other Kong chew toys that do not smell this chemical like. I have tried everything; dishwasher, baking soda, vinegar nothing works! I will not let my dog chew this when it smells this bad, I understand it is rubber but come on
