Kosas - Revealer Concealer - Tone 5.8 Neutral - 6ml

I've been using this concealer, and honestly, I'm torn. The color works well, and having a cool undertone option is a plus, but I've got some neutral concealers that feel cooler than this one. The coverage is decent, nothing groundbreaking, but the consistency is excellent – super smooth, making it easy to apply and giving that second-skin feel. But here's the issue – it just doesn't sit right on my skin. Despite the saying it has a radiant finish, it tends to lean more towards matte on me. This clashes with my dewy vibe on the rest of my face, making it seem a bit off. Almost making me look tired less awake. This does seem to settle down a bit over time, but it still falls short for me. I love the fact that it contains caffeine and hyaluronic acid to decrease inflammation and increase moisture under the eye. My skin is dry, and I have mature skin with fine lines. Combatted Puffiness, Even When I Was Sick

However, I find that makes it look more natural sometimes, and I love to use different shades for different parts of my face anyway. I will absolutely incorporate more shades into my base routine for a more dimensional look, but I feel so beautiful using this shade alone.

My favorite concealer…ever!

I live a fairly active lifestyle, am in my early 30’s and I’m a mom. My dark circles under my eyes aren’t always looking the best and they’re one of my biggest insecurities. I’ve tried a lot of different concealers over the years, but they always end up coming off under my eyes and cracking in my smile lines…especially when I’m sweating. I use it to cover up mainly under my eyes, but also on spots where I have acne scars and I add a little bit of the Kosas Cloud Setting Powder. Perfect for everyday, super versatile

I have never found a concealer that matches my skin perfectly until I bought this one. As someone with medium desi skin its hard to find a shade that's not orange especially as someone with a neutral undertone because shades are either too warm or too cool. The coverage is medium and somewhat buildable. This is a great everyday concealer, it doesn't transfer and it leaves a a glowy finish it can be mattified with powder to achieve that ethereal 90s glow from within make up look. It's formulated so well it's not drying at all despite being a concealer, it doesn't get cakey and it doesn't crease under the eyes or in fine lines. If you have severe hyper pigmentation I recommend colour correcting before hand. Also if you have a lot of acne/scarring i recommend going in with a pot concealer or balm concealer first start by applying it in the necessary areas with a flat concealer brush applying from all directions to ensure everything is covered, then lightly blend it in, then go in with a thin layer of foundation blend gently, then go in with this concealer and set lightly with powder it lasts well and it can survive heavy rain also it covers texture etc well. perfect for all skin types and shades.

I received this concealer in shade .7C and it was a good match for my skin tone and it blended well enough that I believe a few other shades could also work for me. A little goes a long way with this concealer and it blended out easily (even when I applied too much). It did not seem to have any fragrance, and the scent of the product reminds me of a CeraVe moisturizer. The smell was not noticeable after I applied the concealer, just when I had the wand out of the tube. This concealer worked better for blemish coverage than as an under eye concealer for me. I would call this more of an every day level of coverage vs a concealer for a full glam look. The product wore well and did not wear away during a full work day of wear, and other than the initial settling upon application it did not settle more into my fine lines or other facial texture.I likely wouldn’t buy this concealer again, but will use the rest of this tube and will continue to try other Kosas products (I do enjoy the other Kosas products that I own).

The added skincare benefits are a big selling point for me - the concealer doesn’t irritate my sensitive, acne-prone skin, nor does it feel drying or even greasy. It layers really well with my other makeup, blends smoothly and easily, and the applicator is great for beginners. A little goes a long way, and once you blend it out, the coverage doesn’t disappear.
