Good ol' Vegemite, what is there to say?

I've liked Vegemite ever since the time I was visiting Sydney, Australia back in '96 at the "Y" on the Park and they were offering free packets of it in the same format as Americans offer jellies and preserves at restaurant brekkie tables. I tried it ib the traditional manner on a slice of toast slathered in butter and a teaspoon on vegemite spread over that. It was nice enough to continue using it from then on in different foods. In 2003 I was in Brisbane, QLD. and the local Brumby's bakkery layered it in with baked scrolls and that hooked me for sure. It's a real picker upper when you are feeling low on energy on the sickies are just beginning to come on. The vitamin B content really helps one feel back in the nick of things.
