I bought this machine in June, I noticed water was always dripping but there were small amounts, so I thought it was me when placing the container of water but now after two months, if I leave water in the container, it is totally wet next day around the machine. I understand it is a basic model but not worth it. For the first time I have issues with Galaxus, they do not accept to return the product you need to send for repairs. Who wants to keep a machine that after two months is already not working. My last Nespresso machine I gave away because it was old but never had any issues at all. Very disappointed with the machine and the customer service from Galaxus! Too bad...I had always rated Galaxus as truly the best, not this time.

Good Points: Quick and easy to use - no hassle machine. Great coffee made in a timely manner. Enjoying this machine. It is compact enough to fit in a small space.Design of the drip trays is great as it enables easy cleaning.Improvement Points: Have to remove the front part of the drip tray to fit in a larger beaker. (this is not a problem but an extra centimeter in height would make the difference.)For safety reasons the lever for the coffee capsules could be slightly longer to eliminate risk of trapped fingers. (again, this is not a problem for making coffee and is not something that would cause any injury)

The coffee machine came with a German (schuko) plug. This was quite annoying as I didn't have any spare one at home and had to go out and buy a new one. At the end I was sent a new adapter by Galaxus costumer service who also apologized for the nuisance.Back to the coffee machine. I must say I'm quite pleased with that. All together, it was cheap and does the job I bought it for. The only problem is that sometimes it doesn't work properly and doesn't perforate the capsule properly and only water comes out instead of coffee.I'd give it 4/5 stars but I deducted one for the plug debacle.
This coffee machine is very slim and fits well in a small kitchen. The coffee machine takes other brands of coffee pods, so your not limited to a brand. The machine is relatively quiet when brewing. It makes great coffee. I have found the coffee machine to be all positive, no negatives that I can think of.
