Krups Inissia XN1001 Capsule Coffee Machine 0.7 L

No matter where we stayed in Europe, these little Nespresso machines were available in every hotel or Airbnb. My husband and I drink a lot of coffee, but weren’t accustomed to espresso as a substitute, though we adapted quickly. The convenience of using pods while still getting the caffeine hit and the excellent flavour made it hard to return home to North America and drink our watered-down Keurig coffee. We lasted a couple of weeks before getting one of these machines and we haven’t looked back. Proper espresso from a dedicated machine is still vastly superior, but the balance of convenience and flavour is ideal for our lifestyle. I ended up giving one of these to my Mother when her old Nespresso Pixie broke down after nine years.

The Nespresso Inissia Espresso Maker combines sleek design, exceptional performance, and top-notch quality. Its compact and stylish appearance effortlessly enhances any kitchen aesthetic, while its impressive performance ensures a swift and satisfying espresso experience. The machine's efficiency in delivering high-quality beverages is commendable, making it a standout choice for coffee aficionados seeking both style and substance. In summary, the Nespresso Inissia Espresso Maker excels in design, performance, and quality, making it a must-have for espresso enthusiasts.

The coffee from this machine tastes like you’re at a fancy coffee shop! Water heats up fast so you can make your espresso almost instantly. Love that it’s small and can squeeze into nooks in your kitchen. You can also buy pods that are not officially espresso at other retailers for cheaper.

Buy because it was highly recommended among nespresso machines a couple of years ago, it didn't last 6 months. It has stopped piercing the capsules due to too little pressure. You can we decided to always get a machine though with ground coffee. Honestly, I started burning my stomach from coffee in capsules. I do not recommend it because if you use other types of capsules, no Nespresso has a hard time piercing the capsules of other brands, money wasted on capsules.

I love coffee, especially espresso. Nespresso has some amazing espresso pods to offer. I have been using my espresso machine for the past 4 years and the functionality is the same as day 1. I love how fast and easy it is to prepare my espresso shot. I got it during back to school sale because of the compact size and design that could fit perfectly in my small Kitchen at that time, and this has been one of my best investments. I have bigger kitchen now but still love that It is not too bulky and sits perfectly on a corner on my kitchen slab, the size is perfect for small kitchen counter. It is easy to clean and maintain. The only thing I miss is the frother, I would love to have an espresso machine with a frother so I can enjoy a nice frothy cup of cappuccino time ... MoreI love coffee, especially espresso. Also, repurchasing the pods can get expensive if you are daily espresso drinker like me.

I’ve had my Inissia Espresso Maker for just over three years now and she is still a gem in my life. My husband recently discovered how to make espresso at home, and let me tell you, I am addicted! After my mother and father came over recently, my father loved his drink so much that he expressed interest in getting one for himself! Needless to say, I got him one for his birthday 🥳 quick, quiet and simple (easy to clean).

Size wise it was the perfect fit because it’s slim, it just stayed out of the way. The reason why I’ve rated it 3 stars is because we had to replace it twice due to the water tank leaking. I must admit nespresso have amazing customer care and each time picked the faulty item up and repaired it. I enjoyed the taste of coffee and trying new flavours. My favourite was the chocolate based one. It was easy to use and had quick brewing speeds.

This coffee maker is really useful to me. Foldable drip tray for Macchiato cups. Separate containers for water and used tablets to ensure hygiene. Compact design, combining luxury and convenience. The Nespresso Inissia coffee maker has an ergonomic handle and two buttons. No frills and does not affect coffee quality. With just a light touch, I can choose between a delightful cup of Espresso or a lovely Lungo. The foldable drip tray support allows me to occasionally use smaller or taller glasses.

I use this espresso machine every day and it works great! It brews coffee quickly, and with only two buttons (espresso or lungo), it is extremely user-friendly. It’s compact and reliable design makes it a great choice for even the smallest of kitchens. Cleaning is quick and easy, with instructions available on Nespresso’s YouTube channel. If you’re thinking about purchasing this machine, beware the price for the pods really adds up (especially if you are a heavy coffee drinker like me). However, there are lots of deals out there on alternative brands that can be more affordable, such as Trader Joe’s or Lavazza on Amazon.

Brilliant machine

I used a similar machine in the office for a year before deciding I really did need one at home and that it wouldn't end up under the kitchen sink! The advent of compatible pods made it a viable cost effective system that I could afford to use daily. I also bought the larger black stainless pod storage drawer to stand it on (small one wouldn't have been large enough for the Inissia and aeroccino) and am really pleased with the whole effect and limited space it uses. My machine is in an off white which compliments my ivory cabinets. I got an excellent deal with the aeroccino included, which I wouldn't be without now as my family like frothy milk lattes and use it for their evening hot-chocolate milk. The whole system is very easy to use, fill and keep clean and makes ... MoreI used a similar machine in the office for a year before deciding I really did need one at home and that it wouldn't end up under the kitchen sink! The whole system is very easy to use, fill and keep clean and makes delicious coffee. We have made it the centre of a drinks station with milk, sugar, spoons and mugs next to it so it is constantly in use. My husband is addicted to using it daily and for every visitor after telling me it would be a waste of money! I suggest reading and rereading the instruction manual to get the best use and try all coffees several ways. All in all a great deal for a brilliant little machine. 5*
