I don't understand how the ratings are good on this thing. Requires major surgery just to change the cable alignment and you have to search a lot to find that info. unless you want a near rebuild on a brand new post just to align the cable skip this garbage.

Would have rated it 5 stars, except installation instructions weren't clear. KS sends the manual for the LEV but it isn't exactly the same. Also, there isn't any adjustment where the cable actuator will be on your seat post. But it worked for me and I like it!

I needed an external option for my wife's bike and the KS is doing its job.
Solid and dependable dropper Seatpost. A bit tricky to connect the cable and cover for cable connection tends to pop out .
