Kuvings REVO830 Cold Press Juicer, Silver

The product does basic job of juicing a varieties of fruits and vegetables. I have tried carrots, celery and apples and it does well without real big issues, but a few things have been over expected from this machine.First, it is very slow, to a point after a few use, I start to see it pointless waiting for the machine to finish juicing a carrot before adding another carrot. It does feel safer and less noisy though, as it runs slowly.Secondly, it extracts much less juice compared to my fast juicer. The bulb from it is much coarser/bigger than in a fast juicer. With my Kuvings EVO 830, I still have to use brush and clean the inside of the auger and the strainer (In other machines, you don't have the auger to clean, only the strainer, but the areas needed to clean on the strainer on the Kuvings is smaller than my fast juicer)Next, the machine doesn't work with large carrots!!! I encountered a few times in my carrot bunch a slightly bigger carrot and it doesn't fit in the carrot chute. The carrot chute is not very big and only works with medium size carrots, while the other chute even though bigger, it is for round things like apples and I have no way to put carrots in. In this case, I had to cut the carrot in chunks and put it in the "round thing" chute.If I had a chance, I would prefer to return my Kuving as it can do a basic job but everything else advertised about it made me over-expected. It has more waste, much slower, still hard to clean, AND many more smaller things I don't like about. Unfortunately Kuvings' policy doesn't accept return.

Best juicer I have ever used!

I have been juicing for the last seven years and this juicer by far is the best one I have ever used.I started with a beginner juicer and while that was a good place to start, I knew I needed something that was easier to use and clean. Great invention!

I am proud that I own this Juicer. Since I received it a couple weeks ago, I started juicing for myself and loved ones. A $30 trip at farmers market for carrots and celery could last a long time, which is a great money saver in the long run.First time use was overwhelming - there were many parts and the instructions were lengthy. But since then, I got used to it. Setup now is about 1 min to put the parts back together. Cleanup is longer, 10 mins, but it's worth it as I make batches each time for myself and my husband / mom / sister that can last a couple days. (Manual recommends drinking the juice within 48 hours for optimal nutrition absorption so I wouldn't make too much).I should also mention the Warranty works well. I emailed Warranty with photos as proof, and they immediately addressed it and send me a new one; no questions asked. Had higher hopes

I put this juicer on my wedding registry as an upgrade from a centrifugal juicer that I used daily to make celery juice. I went with this model because of its ability to juice whole celery stocks, which I was also able to do with my centrifugal juicer, but many slow juicers seemed to need you to pre-cut foods to juice. My disappointment with this juicer lies in its juice output. With my old juicer, I was able to get 16 ounces of juice per bunch of celery. I was hoping that I would get more out of a slow juicer, but that is not the case. I get the exact same amount with this juicer. I was expecting the pulp to be dryer, but I can still squeeze out additional juice out of the pulp. I do appreciate the cleaning pieces that come with this juicer. Overall, this juicer is an upgrade from what I had before. It is sturdy and very durable feeling so the quality is there, but I am not completely sold on this juicer for the price.

Kuvings REVO830 juices carrots, celery, and leafy greens very well

This juicer is quiet, and clean-up is quick and easy. I was impressed with the dryness of the pulp and the high yield. No need to run pulp through again because all the juice has been extracted! Even though juicy fruits and juicy carrots leave a slightly moister pulp, I'm sure running through again will not yield any more juice. I use a strainer while pouring juice into my jars because I don't like any pulp in my juice. There was very little pulp in the strainer. Love it for the most part.

We've had this for a month (to the day) now. Use it about every other day to make at least two different juices per juicing event. I got two things I'd like to mention with my happening with it. Don't get me wrong... this thing's a beast.1) I noticed today, after a month of having it, that my Juicing basket has been getting fibers jammed between the screen mesh and the support rib with the red alignment dot. Anyone else experience that?2) I had my parts drying on the counter by my kitchen door, and during a hurry to get inside from the pouring rain, I slipped and bumped the top piece (with the flapper). It fell to the floor, the flapper piece popped off, and came apart. Found the springs, what a joy figuring those out. Powerful, Easy to use & clean

I LOVE the kuvings products. Three years ago I got the Whole Slow Juicer EVO820 and it helped me to make fresh pressed juice quickly, easily and with less prep work. My entire family benefited and I allowed my oldest to take it to college. I got sick this year and couldn’t kick the cold for 17 days. Around day 11/12 I began using my vitamix blender & straining the juice. After doing this for 5 days, I broke down and got the Whole Slow Juicer REVO830. I can’t believe how it’s even better than the EVO820!! I’ve had it for about 9 days now and it’s so powerful that there’s even less clean up. I juice everything with ease and minimal prep work (expressly I don’t have lots of chopping to do). I never even needed to use the reverse button, but I’m grateful it’s there. I am so happy I purchased the Kuvings Whole Slow Juicer REV0830 about 3 weeks ago. I switched to a whole plant-based diet about a month ago, so I knew I wanted a good quality juicer. Not only is this machine powerful and quiet, I was surprised by how easy it is to operate and CLEAN!! My 30-year old juicer would get so much pulp and debris caught inside its inner workings that very little juice would come out and a LOT of cleaning was needed between uses. The REV0830 spits out nearly dried pulp that we use for soups, in smoothies and in my garden as mulch. A hot soapy bath and rinse is all you need to clean the parts beautifully. The best thing I ever purchased

I love using this juicer. I've utilized it in so many ways! I use it to make fruit sorbet for breakfast, I make my own tofu which is saving me so much money because now I eat tofu instead of the specialty vegan meat replacements, I make fresh orange juice for my husband and I, and all kinds of other juice. I use this literally every day and I love how powerful it is and the wide spacious chutes that don't require me to prep any produce I put in. There's only two things I wish I could have to make it even better. 1) I wish it's parts were dishwasher safe. 2) I wish I could purchase additional chutes and upper headpieces so that I could swap them out on the base instead of cleaning the entire upper apparatus to switch to something else.
