Good laptop with all the trimmings and without the high end price tag. The speed is a great improvement on my old laptop also and ACER but old model. Key pad works well and the good thing is the simplicity of all functions.

So far the laptop is doing everything I need. Love the way the keyboard lights up for my old eyes. It has a good "feel" too. I don't use the touch pad so it's a little big for me, but if someone uses it, it would be an advantage. Good picture quality and sound. I don't know how relevant this is, but the default Microsoft Edge is not to my taste, so I switched to Google Chrome.

I am very happy with this product. Super fast response, very light and slim, the features are great and the keyboard back light is a great bonus. It's a bit pricey though considering that there are better laptop with the same price.

I purchased this laptop for my home office as the previous Acer was getting out of date. Quick & Easy set up and I was working away in no time at all. Fast start up & I like the keyboard lighting up feature also. Great price. Very happy customer.
The purchase was easy, I was stuffed around trying to get the product, I tried contacting with emails, online chat and phone calls, it eventually turned up after many hours of trying to get information about where it was. The laptop is great, has everything you need, great for gaming, runs fast and well.
Great laptop, quality display, great battery life and a great screen view that doesnt get blurred out in most light conditions.Large size but i wanted a big display.Over all feel is sturdy and keys are quiet to type and well lit keyboard without being too distracting.
Plenty of power to multi task and some gaming. Trackpad and fingerprint sensor are responsive keyboard and lighting is good. Battery life is only average though, the only point losing a star
I have been using this laptop for about 2 weeks now. It is everything I expected. I have never had the backlit keyboard before and find it is definitely a bonus. Was easy to set up and perfect for my needs of research, social media and playing seniors games. I would recommend this laptop
I was searching for a laptoo on which I am not only able to sort and work on some documents, also for playing some games once a while on it. I was searching a lot for the perfect Laptop, and I finally found this one. Games working OKAY on it, that means especially the newest Games won't work on ultra high graphics. The only negative is the screen. It could have better color and brightness.
I orignally was focused on purchasing a HP. I had purchased a HP elsewhere a week before and had issues with it from the start, so returned it and went to Harvey Norman - where I should have gone to from the start! was tossing up between this model and a HP with more space. Decided to go with the Acer as I loved how thin and light weight it was.The keyboard is backlit - so great for late night uni sessions. There is a light to show the power state of the laptop (the HP didn't have that feature). It charges super fast and battery is good so far.Doesn't feel warm on my lap - and can't hear any fan at all.Highly recommend this laptop for home use!
