If you've used the travel sized exfoliating almond soap...this is better. I wasn't expecting this to be hard, but it will catch you off guard because it is definitely an exfoliating soap bar! :) The smell is great and your skin will certainly feel soft and like new after using. I love it!

I had this bar and absolutely loved it. I bought a second one and the exfoliating bits were so large and sharp I had scratches when I got out of the shower. So it's fantastic if you get a good one--but I don't want to risk getting a blood-drawing one again.

This soap is lovely! My favorite thing about going on vacation is staying in a nice hotel and using the fancy soaps! This soap makes me feel like I am in the spa or fancy hotel shower! The little nodules are a nice touch and the smell is fabulous! The exfoliating granules are a little rough which makes it a bit hard to rub on the skin so I have to be gentle! But otherwise, I love it!

I have waited for a full-size bar of almond soap for so long. The exfoliation feels amazing and does not dry out my skin. The smell is divine. The massaging nubs are a bonus. I will continue to buy this as long as possible. Please do not stop making things in the almond scent!! I wish you would bring back almond-scented candles!!
Loccitane's Almond collection is hands down my favorite. The scent is subtle, soothing and pleasing. This soap bar doesn't disappoint. I loved the scent and it has a nice size that fits perfectly in my hands. The combination massage and exfoliating sides were a great idea, they make the bar serve 2 purposes! Happy that this soap bar was added to the Almond collection!
My original review was removed. This product literally drew blood with the fist swipe. It was not due to skin intolerance. The product had sharp pieces in it! Insulting you removed my 1st post.
I purchased this because I felt like I needed something that exfoliates since I religiously use body wash and this bar of soap is amazing! I love how the exfoliating side feels, feels a little rough but I actually really like it, it’s not bothersome at all. It lathers very well and the smell is amazing although it doesn’t linger after showering.

On one side of the soap you can massage and exfoliate your skin, and on the other side of the soap, it is flat to further scrub. I love the smell of the almond line! I also liked the efficacy and coarseness of the exfoliation. I would give this soap 5 stars for this reason. The soap seems to melt quicker; for this reason I would give this soap a 4.5. This soap is a great addition to The Almond Collection. The fragrance is wonderful, the size is perfect and fits nicely in my hand, and the "nubs" feel great and keep the soap from getting soggy in the shower. I love all of these products, and a typical shower is all almond: this soap (and the softness of my skin after exfoliating), shower oil, shampoo, conditioner, either supple skin oil or milk concentrate, and an added touch of pizzazz from the velvet serum. Thank you for introducing me to this new product.
I enjoyed the luxurious feel and smell of this soap. My only issue with it is that it was a bit rough. After using it I have scratches on my legs and arms from the exfoliating granules. The massaging nubs feel great, but ware away pretty quickly after only about a week.
