Bought it from the website itself since I had tried a sample a long time ago and so grateful that I had remembered about it. It’s one of the most moisturizing creams I have used, and I’ve use a lot of products. It is gentle and effective and I’m using it daily without fail. One of my holy grail products! And I’ve been through two pregnancies in the past 3 yrs so I appreciate this so much! Not chemically so I feel confident to use (sometimes) during day and (every single) night. I didn’t want to use chemicals while pregnant and even now, with my kiddos around me 24/7, constantly hugging, kissing them haha.. it super effective, I can’t go without it even a single day.

I was gifted this product for my honest review. This is unlike any toner I've seen or used before. The packaging right off the bat is interesting and classic looking - no gimmicks, loud colours or design, just pure product. Upon first use, I was struck by the texture of the gel-like toner water. It somehow makes it feel like the product is putting a barrier protector onto my face rather than just wiping it around and it drying off. This proved to be both good and bad - good because it locked in the hydration but bad because it left a tacky residue that took a while to dry off (not incredibly long, but still longer than other toners). The scent wasn't offensive or too strong but some people may not enjoy botanical smells. I don't mind them however.

The product does such a long way you need no more than a 5c piece wise of the cream and it covers my whole face. It leaves my skin feeling smooth fresh and renewed. It's great on my combination skin it doesn't leave it to oily or dry afterwards. The only thing I'm not a huge fan on again is the smell. It's quite a strong floral smell

3 years ago I had some L'Occitane samples sent to me with shower gel which I had ordered on line. Amongst them Immortelle Precious cream. Since thenI have been hooked. Soothing, non greasy and absolutely no break outs, Well worth the price and a little goes a long way. Just a shame they no longer do it in a tube for travelling. However I just decant a little in a travel pot.
My friend gave me a sample pot of this lovely cream as part of a birthday gift of skin care goodies. It really is superb, non greasy and pore refining just as stated. A little goes a long way and leaves my skin feeling really soft with no adverse reaction for my sensitive skin. I was rather taken aback at the price when I ordered some more, but it does last for ages and is definitely worth it. The best I've tried.
This cream is too heavy for my skin. It makes my face feel greasy.The Precious Cream Light with sunscreen was perfect for my face. And I did not have to add any additional sunscreen to my face and neck all day. The light cream with sunscreen was the reason I changed to L'Occitane line of skin care. I'm extremely disappointed it was discontinued.I'll have to do research and see what company makes similar products..
The cream had a very nice consistency where it wasn't thick, but super nourishing and hydrating. I use this every night and wake up with super soft skin. The has a pleasant floral scent which isn't overpowering. Overall, i loved the product and will definitely stay in my skincare regime. I absolutely loved this cream. The product itself is thick without feeling heavy. A small amount covers the entire face. I enjoyed using this the most in the evening before bed. Overall my skin looks and feels softer, and feels firmer. The only thing I really wished was for a better container. I'm not a big fan of pots that require a hand or applicator to be dipped into it to use products for my face.
What I absolutely loved about the old formula was that it was light, airy, and disappeared right into my skin, leaving it soft and moisturized, but never greasy. This new formula is the exact opposite. It's thicker and sits on the surface leaving my skin feeling suffocated until it eventually slides off in a slick of sweat. I know it's just moisturizer, but I'm kind of devastated. Just a huge fail.
I've been using the old formula for 10 + years. It's the best face cream in the world. I have my sisters and friends hooked on it. I've had plastic surgeons whose buildings I manage ask me what face cream I use.If this cream was Re formulated and is not up to par with the old formulation I may very well have a meltdown in the store.Honest to God! Why don't companies ask their loyal customers what THEY want.The entire world is going down the drain is it too much to ask that we can keep our favorite face cream so we can at least look good while the world is going up in flames???
