I can't say enough good things about Beauty Affairs. I've been a loyal customer now for about three years and can't fault their delivery - it feels like I get VIP Express Post when I just make a regular order. I (now) do a lot of online shopping across the board (clothes, shoes, beauty, etc.) and Beauty Affairs stand out from every other vendor I have shopped with throughout COVID as fast, reliable, and essentially flawless in their supply chain when even the previously-good-ones have slowly fallen victim throughout 2021 to COVID disruptions and delays. Whatever they're doing, it works! I will only shop elsewhere for beauty, cosmetics, and perfume on the odd occasion they don't stock a brand I want, but apart from that, I say: MECCA, who? Sephora, what? ^.^

I have always loved the fast service of Beauty Affairs with free samples with my orders. Last month my shampoo bottle broke in the post and leaked everywhere. When I advised Beauty Affairs they sent a new bottle straight away free of charge. Unfortunately this order did not arrive so when I advised them of this Anna at Client Care sent me a new bottle straight away but along with this she also sent me the matching conditioner, and my favourite full cleanser to say sorry. I have not experienced such amazing customer service in a long time. I’ve always had amazing service from Beauty Affairs and will not buy my beauty products anywhere else

I've shopped at Beauty Affairs for a few years now without a problem, however last week my package was stolen- at the fault of the courier. I purchased around $200+ of skincare and was completely devastated when it happened, as I didn't think I would be able to get it resent or refunded because it wasn't Beauty Affair’s fault. I contacted them and to my surprise, they immediately offered to resend or refund my purchase, not only that but they included a gift! I have never had such exceptional customer service from any other company in my whole life! I had a very good experience with Lorena from customer support. I was querying the cost of Youngblood mineral makeup on live chat (excellent product by the way) of which I had bought 2. The cost of the item displayed for sale appeared less than the final checkout price. It turned out the sale price was for a particular color but this was unclear on the page. Lorena looked into the discrepancy immediately and after explaining the reason, offed to give me a refund on that particular sale to compensate for the confusion. She was polite and considerate throughout. It’s good to know that such a fabulous Aussie company has such lovely staff!
This is an amazing product! My skin gets incredibly dry in the winter, and I have spent a lifetime, it seems, searching for a shower oil that does not dry out my skin. Finally, I found the Shea Body Shower Oil, which cleanses my skin thoroughly without drying it out. Obviously, I have to use a pouf to make the oil bubble up. But that is not an issue for me, as I use a pouf when I shower in any event. The shower oil leaves my skin clean, without stripping. It is wonderful. I highly recommend.

It comes out of the bottle as an oil consistency but when it comes in contact with your skin and warm water it transforms into a silky, milk like consistency. It doesn’t leave your shower floor oily or slippery. As such, it is quite similar to L’occitane’s famous Almond shower oil - with two key differences. Firstly the scent is very different. It smells like Shea - very soft, clean and neutral. I personally like it a lot, though some people have said that it reminds them of babies - for some that will be a negative, but I personally find it comforting and inoffensive. It won’t clash with any scented lotions or perfumes that you follow up with. I would highly recommend this!
I'm so dissapointed in this shower oil's fragrance. I've loved Loccitane Almond Shower Oil for years and finally decided to try the shea oil version. I had read reviews that the fragrance was not as strong and smelled like faint baby powder but it's not even that. The scent is barely anything. Like, it's a very, very FAINT baby lotion smell, if you could smell it at all. I don't mind paying $25 for 8oz of my Almond Oil because the scent is so absolutely intoxicating. This has the same price, however it is very much not the same. It's moisturizing just like the Almond Oil version but I'm totally missing the decadent feeling of smelling delicious when stepping out of the shower. Will finish this bottle and most definitely go right back to my tried and true Almond scent.
This really makes you feel like you are having a spa experience at home. I tend to double cleanse in the shower with a bar soap to make me feel clean and then something more nourishing over which is what I use this for. It is moisturising and makes your skin feel amazing and does not strip it. On days when I am rushing I will just use this and still feel very clean. It is also moisturising enough to use as a shave cream. My only gripe is the smell- it is a bit plastic-y and not my favourite but does not linger.

This is amazing stuff. I had a tiny bottle in a travel set and it lasted quite a while. It makes your skin feel so soft, I've never experienced anything near as soft as this before. It's now my go to gift for friends. It's expensive but super soft skin for super amazing friends, is worth it!
