Recently I had the pleasure to test three of the new "L’Oréal Paris Colour Riche Shine Addiction" lipsticks in colours '112 Only in Paris', '643 Hot IRL' and '350 Insanesation'. \nTwo of the biggest changes with this latest lipstick line are: \n. My recommendation is to use appropriately matching lip pencils, especially for the '350 Insanesation' lipstick. \nAs all three lipsticks are very moisturizing I have found them to be extremely useful during the colder weather. If the lips are properly exfoliated and cared for then you shouldn't require the use of a lip balm before using these lipsticks. The hydration and moisture provided by any of the three was enough protection for my lips from the harsher effects of winter weather. \nMy lips were left very smooth, hydrated and felt refreshed after application every time I've used these lipsticks. \nThe three lipstick colours provided work well for several looks:\n. daily wear with '121 Only in Paris' (this colour applied a bit brighter of a pink than the actual lipstick colour)\n. modern /chic '643 Hot IRL' (great for brunch, lunch time coffee or modern evening dates)\n. sultry/ vintage date night looks using '350 Insanesation' (this turned out to be my favourite of the three, the colour is bluer red than L’Oréal 'Eva's Pure Red' and leaves the lips feeling more hydrated than the formula in Eva's Pure Red). \nWhen it comes to ease of wear with these lipsticks the trick is to line the lips, apply lipstick, blot with a tissue then reapply lipstick again. If you are worried about the lipstick transfer/are planning to eat while wearing these lipsticks, then I would highly recommend purchasing some 'Lipcote' to wear over the lipstick. As the lipstick is so hydrating the Lipcote top layer wont effect your lips which will still be very hydrated, but the Lipcote will stop 98% of the lipstick transfer when eating (answer to a problem right there). \nThe coverage from these lipsticks is very good and I can honestly recommend the product especially for winter time use. Available colours are suitable for a range of situations and can work with many different skin shades which is pleasing. \nChanges to the product scent (and taste) shows that care has been taken by L’Oréal to provide a product within their lipstick lines for those who may have chosen to previously stay away from L’Oréal lipsticks because of the usual floral scent. \nMy overall score for these lipsticks would be 8. 5/10 :). \n

this little Beauty just caught my eye I choose the pure white color Lycher Plump .… I know this is a plumping lipstick I wasn’t sure if the color would come out white on my lips or clear… It didn’t either! It actually came out with the sheer shiver luck which given nice color to the best lipstick I had underneath. The tingling sensation that you feel when you use a plumping product is one that you notice… This lipstick it actually feels like I am applying a mint lip balm there’s really no tingling fact just a cooling sensation which I absolutely love! My lips look and feel better long after application. There provides some plumping, with LOADS of conditioning. Don't love the mild tingling, but it is 100% tolerable.  I had seen a lipstick going around and was quite popular on TikTok. It was a Revlon lipstick in a certain shade and I looked everywhere in the store and I could not find it. It was all sold out so I had stumbled across this product and it is literally a dupe probably even better from the product that I had seen that was getting a lot of popularity. I love this product gives you a nice tent and shine on your lips when I had first use one of the products it had a weird smell and taste to it, but it went away after one swipe of me putting it on, but the other one did not have a similar smell to it I don’t know if that was because it was a different color or whatever but I haven’t had the smell happened ever since I first put it on other than that it’s super cute ... More I had seen a lipstick going around and was quite popular on TikTok. I will say sometimes it doesn’t feel like it’s on all the way or it’ll fall off in my bag the top, but I love the color and I love the way that I feel, as if feels like a hydrating lip balm, but it has a tint to it.

112 Pastel Exaltation Lipsticks

The product itself in the casing was looked so elegant. The colour of the lipstick was perfect for all occasions its not too bright and its not too nude but just right like a Rosy shade. The lipstick texture was smooth making it easy tk spread on the lips. A small amount of product went a long way. The lipstick fragrance was lush and not too strong which I loved. When wearing the lipstick I never needed to apply a gloss on it as it was very moisturising and nourishing upon the lips. The colour lasted longer than 24 hours and gave my makeup a popping look. I definitely would recommend and purchase this product again.

Beautiful colour, well pigmented, moisturising

This lipstick is a bit of a crossover one! It is a cross between a lipstick and a lip balm.It is really easy to apply, colour is beautiful had great pigmentation and really festive particularly for this time of year. I found it buildable and really moisturising. Staying power was reasonable for this type of lipstick and is definately something i will be investigating for other colours. Its very affordable in my opinion and widely available on the high street. I would recommend

I’m loving the Loreal details with their products. It looks amazing and I love the imprint in the lipstick. It always feels like an expensive product. This kept mylips moisturized and feeling so soft. I went for a natural colour to my skin tones but think I’m going to try and more daring colour as I look the look it gives my lips without that sticky glossy feeling. It’s the same if not better then the Dior version but without the hefty price tag.

Glow Shine Balm Lipstick

This hybrid, balm-lipstick boasts a hight percentage of natural ingredients so I was eager to see how it would perform.It is very moisturising with the oils it contains and after a first application, I blotted then applied a second coat. Hydrating demi matte lipstick

A beautiful pink nude (My shade is nude heaven for reference) which will suit a number of skin tones. The lipstick feels soft, hydrating but also looks like a Demi matte I find. It doesn't accentuate my fine lines and its one of the few lipsticks I find lasts on my lips without using a lip liner too (I do vape, so find the inside of my lips always fades but this lipstick seems to hold there too!). I have very sensitive skin which even on my lips can react to things especially lipstick, but I've had no issues with this at all. I will be looking at more shades in the range to try!!

Not worth the purchase

I was excited to try this as I’d heard great things online so I went into store to look at the shades. My local store had a range of shades, some of which aren’t listed online. I picked up the shade 112 pastel exalation which looked like a beautiful pink nude shade. Upon application, it has a strange smell of cheap roses and the product clings to any dry areas and looks patchy all over the lips - not at all what I expected from a balm style lip product ! Product also tends to gather at the edges of the lips. The shade is also lighter than it appeared so not at all flattering, even on my fair skin. Please do not waste your money

The positive reviews for this product make no sense. I have tried and used lots of lip products, but this is a waste of money. It does not hydrate at all, it only leaves a film on top of your lips which is uncomfortable and make your lips feel even drier. And the shades advertised on the packaging do not match at all.Please do not waste your money. Check the tinted lip balms from E.l.f instead. Absolutely lovely.
