I definitely would not recommend it for coarse hair or people with a lot of grey.

I was sceptical but it really made my hair feel thicker. I have a lot of hair but they are each very fine and I was suffering from a lot of static. this shampoo made my hair feel thicker without being heavy and cured the static issues.

This has been really thought out product from not only what goes inside but to what it looks like! Full marks on looks think it really stands out making the product look different. Plus suits both sexes as men have fine hair too!!!No real fragrance so nothing to upset or put people off with. Personally thou I do enjoy a lovely scent when washing hair!I have tried this product for a week on my fine locks. Overall mixed review I'm afraid. The shampoo lathers up nicely and leaves hair feeling really soft and not squeaky dry. The actual thickening side I'm just not sure on!! There is an extra boost in my locks and they do look better though so going to continue and see how goes.Recommend trying as if nothing else gives a lovely soft finish

OMG I've never written a review but need everyone to know how good this product is...I've always had long thick hair but after a REALLY bad cut (random short layers in my long hair?!) my hair has looked really thin in the lengths, especially compared to the thickness I have on top. I am normally a big fan of L’Oreal products, however this left a lot to be desired. I brought this in the hope it would help condition my hair (along with the sister shampoo product). They left my hair drier and incredibly difficult to get a Combe through. Granted my hair is not “the norm” and I do need a particularly good conditioner to run a comb through conditioned hair in the shower but this left me with a sore scalp and incredibly disappointed. After three failed attempts... I have admitted defeat and binned it. Sorry L’Oreal, not worth it :(

It doesn't feel any thicker either.What concerns me is that l'Oreal seems to have different instructions for use of the booster. The packaging on the booster says to mix equal amount with the conditioner in your hand before applying.............and on the conditioner instruction it says use before conditioner. This has a smell that I actually really liked, so first impressions were pretty good. I was a little unsure on the gloopy consistency of the shampoo, but it lathered up better than expected and felt quite nice on my hair. It did leave my hair feeling a little straw like when rinsed, but when used with the matching conditioner, it felt much softer and more manageable. Whilst drying, it actually felt thicker and had way more volume than usual - and that was only after the first use!Definitely one of the best I've tried for ultra fine, lifeless hair like my own.

For me there was a slight change in the thickness of my hair which I was very pleased with as it definitely thinned after pregnancy and I am confident it will continue to get thicker the more I use it.Overall I am very impressed with these products, however, the only slight downside for me was that it left my hair quite dry which was slightly disappointing, although my hair is prone to dryness so this is nothing new and it won't put me off using it, i shall just use a hair mask once a week to counteract that.
