I bought the one in the 200ml "eco" packaging at some point in 2022 and recently bought the bigger 400ml one with the pump. Both were the AP+M formulation and had the same ingredient list. I really enjoyed for 200ml one, both for the packaging and the formulation. I felt that it sunk into the skin quickly and did not leave a greasy feeling. It was literally the first time I'd ever finished a body lotion because I loved it so much.Something about the 400ml one is different. The pump obviously isn't great since the lotion is thick, but it's fine if you use one pump at a time (like one pump for your lower leg, rub it in, another pump for your other lower leg, rub it in, etc). The formula is the same but feels different. It's greasier and pills like crazy. I think I may have used too much, so I reapplied after my shower. It feels better now but still greasier than what I remember the 200ml was. I wish I still had some of the old one left to compare! Unsure if I'm going to keep or exchange for the 200ml. The bigger size is just a better value!

This product was very lackluster to me. Iāve tried many creams for dry skin and I do switch up my products very often while allowing my skin to acclimate, so I know I give ample time for each product to work. When applying this it just didnāt seem to have much of a difference then other creams that are much less the cost. I was expecting by its label, to intensely hydrate my skin but I had to apply this cream twice for me to feel any effect. I would apply once and my skin still felt very very dry and it didnāt seem to seep in. Now what I did like about the product was that it didnāt have me breakout and the ingredients are actually good for you without the other harmful ones other moisturizers may have. I wouldāve given this product 4 stars, however, the packaging is not the best too. Itās this almost construction paper feeling and while I like the thought of the packaging cause it looks and feels different, with this āorganic/naturalā look, it didnāt work well to get all the product out of the packaging the way I felt a plastic tube could or pump could. Overtime, the packaging started to deteriorate too and I didnāt like the thought of possibly remnant material on my hands or in the product I was applying to my face. Iāve read reviews that people couldnāt find the lid, but to me that wasnāt the case enough to not like the packaging. Overall, La Roche Posay has been more misses then hits for me and a lot of their products seem similar despite their packaging saying otherwise.

Extremely great specs and size for the price. One of the few affordable and over the counter moisturizers I've seen with a label indicating is suitable for chemo/radiation patients. The new Eco-conscious tube idea is an extra bonus for me. Having said that, I don't feel confident about the cap. Is very thin and if it breaks it can't be easily fixed. This doesn't allow me to take the cream out of my apartment; which lessen the value of the product. Any type of rough movement inside a handbag, gym bag, or if you share the tube with someone who doesn't open it gently, can cause the flimsy closure to break. The cream is very thick, it will last forever. My face has also benefited substantially; the redness was gone during the first week I stated using it nightly. Beware that even when using it sparingly it will leave a shiny kind of coating on your skin. I recommended but not for traveling anywhere due to the package design.

Since returning to work, my hands have been absolutely wrecked with all the washing and sanitizer. I have dyshidrotic eczema, which causes little blisters on your fingers that then dry up, peel and crack and are just incredibly itchy and uncomfortable. I've tried everything to try and heal my hands-- sleeping with lotion and gloves on, using hydrocortisone followed by lotion throughout the day, but every lotion I tried up until this one would either irritate my skin further or just wasn't doing the job. The ones that got close would leave my hands a greasy mess or took forever to soak in and I hated the feeling. This stuff, though... I wish I'd found it sooner! I was a little leery of the price point but it was either try it or go to a dermatologist for more extreme measures, and I'm so glad I made the leap and got this. I don't even have to sleep with gloves on anymore, I just put this on at night as well as after using sanitizer or washing my hands and I'm so glad to say I'm blister-free! A little goes a long way, so although it's a little pricier, it's worth it. Highly highly recommend for anyone with skin issues, this stuff has been a life changer for me.
This changed my skin in a way no lotion or cream or butter ever has. I have dry skin and I can't deal with not applying moisturizer after a shower or after washing my face. I would use Vaseline if it was my only option, I just can't deal without something. I've tried nearly everything from cheap to expensive to luxury and nothing has ever changed my skin like this has. The little dry patches on my ankles are completely gone and I didn't think that was even possible. Regarding the scent, when using a tiny bit it has zero scent but if you use a lot you can definitely smell something, it's weird and not good but it goes away. It's THICK, which I love, but not too difficult to apply and doesn't leave a white cast. The bottle, I hate it. The pump is useless when the product is āhalfway gone which is annoying but it's such a great moisturizer that I'll still repurchase over and over, I've probably purchased over 10 bottles. For some reason I still keep trying new moisturizers but they tend to go unused because i just prefer this. I would love it if I could use it on my face but unfortunately it breaks me out. I always have at least 1 backup, please don't ever reformulate or discontinue this, PLEASE.

It is HIGHLY moisturising and the ingredients *chef's kiss* Its texture is this thick creamy but just right amount of sheen and feel the previously mentioned fave products lacked. I wholeheartedly recommend this product to anyone. It has no fragrance and has skin protective qualities to it. My skin consist of high sebum production, large pores, and acne. I have desert dry skin and no matter what "super hydrating moisturizer" I used I would still end up with flakes on my nose and skin, even after using a serum and other products under the moisturizer. When I bought this moisturizer I was really just desperate and didnt have high hopes becsuse I didnt think it would be so thick since it is in a pump bottle but that is literally the best of both worlds. Im tired of thick creams being in jars and product getting under my nails or likely getting bacteria from my hands in it. The pump style cuts both of that out. I love it. The only minor con I can think of is that it is a touch oily but it absorbs rather quickly and I also found that I was using too much product since a little goes a long way. I reccomend you at least give this a try! Great size for the price!
DO NOT BUY THID PRODUCT LINE. This product line has caused me to break out with eczema along my jaw line and now my neck. I have never EVER had eczema in my life⦠I am 22. ALL of their products contain ādisodium edtaā which breaks down your skins protective barrier and causes irritation to your skin. After doing my research I found that it causes eczema which usually shows up in adults around their mouth and jawline (which was absolutely shocking to discover). I am extremely upset that my skin has been declining since I started using this line in May and Iām just now figuring out why. I BEG YOU ALL TO STAY AWAY FROM LA ROCHE POSAY ALL OTHER COMPANIES WHOSE PRODUCTS ATE NOT CERTIFIED AS āCLEANā. ALL THEIR PRODUCTS CONTAIN HARMFUL AND CANCEROUS CHEMICALS. Iāve tried many products; Belief, Tatcha, Cerave, Farmacy, Paulaās Choice, Youth to be people, Glow recipe, and a few more. NO brand NO product have ever done this to me. Itās literally NOT a moisturizer lol. Why would a moisturizer contain ingredients that break down your skins protective barrier??? Make it make sense. Literally gave me eczema, tight, dry, discolored, flaky, painful skin. Iām sure itās also the culprit for the breakouts on my forehead. This stuff has literally changed the color of my skin⦠I want to cry! This product has ruined my skins texture and protective barrier. The only reason why I write so much because I really want you guys to stay away. Itās toxic!!!!!! I included a picture of what my skin looked like right before I began using these products (With the braids, in front of the door..) I only had blush on. Now my skin barely gets moisturized and I grew up with oily skinā¦
Picked this up after doing an hours research on effective, affordable moistuirzers for the face. My go-to is neutrogena hydro water-gel which i adore, but I've been curious to see what else is out there that could give more than 1.7oz and be affordable. Was first skeptical because ive never used a cream that could be used for both face and body. Honestly, never trusted those types. I tried this as soon as i got in the car though and here is my initial review.1. Smells terrible - like very offputting. Would describe as a medicial/topical cream smell but a tiny bit worse? This is really the only reason for the 4 out of 5 stars.2. Veryyy hydrating, exactly what I was hoping for!!3. Very thick! A little goes a long way tho which i appreciate4. I was given samples of this from my dermatologist for dry skin. I was really excited due to the hype of La Roche-Posay products. It felt thick and moisturizer coming out of the tube. When I rubbed my fingers together, it turned almost oily, which I figured was the idea for hydration. I patted it into my skin and it left a lovely glow. However, it sat on top of my skin and never genuinely absorbed. Even 2-3 hours afterward, it was still on the top of my skin. So much so that when I went to bed, it came off on my pillow and left almost an oily stain. The product expires 8/24, so itās still within date. The only products I used before it were my cerave hydrating cleanser, Hyaluronic acid, azelaic acid serum (per my dermatologist), and waiting at least a minute after each product before applying the next, finishing with this moisturizer. My experience was little to no absorption, greasy, and waking with flaky, dry skin, reapplying in the morning after cleansing, and flaky, dry skin 2-3 hours after applying in the morning with makeup separation. I want to love it! But either my products arenāt combining well, which I struggle to justify because they are all suggested by my dermatologist, or it just doesnāt work for me.
