I like this moisturizer a lot; it is one of the only moisturizers that doesn't irritate my sensitive skin. This is a really nourishing eye cream. I’m in my early 40s and have dry skin. My undereye area was starting to look dry & crepey, especially under makeup. I chose this product because the brand is highly respected & designed in conjunction with dermatologists. I also needed something that was suitable for sensitive skin. A lot of products can be stingy around the eye but I haven’t had any of that with this. I even use it over the top of my makeup during the day if I feel I want to refresh my eyes. Excellent product, will be a staple in my skincare routine from now on.

I received this moisturizer last week, but still up to now, i wasn’t able to use it because of defective container. It is not dispensing the contents inside because of the defective pump. I believe i need to cut it open just to use the product inside. I decided to call customer care hotline, just to let them know about the product that i received and maybe hoping that they do something about it. I am willing to send back the product for them to replace it with a new one. But they only offer a refund. I got a 3ml sample size from this purchase and that is the product that i’m using for now. I’m just disappointed about the quality of the containers that you use for this. I hope you should think about the convenience not only how it looks aesthetically.Now, i need to ... Recently purchased 2 new bottles of the moisturizer. Opened one and put some on my face. Immediately felt burning and noticed an unpleasant/off-putting smell to it. This has never happened before. Thought maybe it was just that bottle but opened the other one and it irritated my skin and also had the same smell to it. Then noticed that the box had been changed to Toleriane Dermallergo. And just read another review from someone commenting that the formula might have been changed. Very disappointed if that is the case. There is nothing out there that compares to the Toleriane Ultra! I bought this online. I’ve used the product before with no issues, but with this bottle, I could get a few pumps of lotion out (with much pumping) then it stopped working altogether. I can’t open the bottle to access it so my money was wasted.Of note, at the same time I also had an eye lotion with a poorly functioning pump (same type).I contacted the company, thinking they would simply send a replacement. If so, I’d still be a happy customer, as I like their products, but I received a run around then was finally offered no replacement, but 10% off my next order. I will, of course, not be purchasing any more La Roche Posay products as they do not stand behind them.Customer service should be the backbone of any company. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I have very dry skin on my face and neck areas.Almost as soon as I applied the cream my skin felt soothed and much less sore. Within a day it had calmed down and the redness had almost gone. Amazing. I use this at night or when I am feeling like I need added moisture. It is best under a night moisturiser and I find that you wake up with fewer dry spots.I found this to be a light creamy texture that left the skin feeling soft and smooth. I've used Toleriane and now Dermallegro as my daily moisturizer for years. Lately, the pumps often fail to dispense product, and the most recent one dispenses but leaks around the edges wasting more than half the expensive product. I hate needing to find a new product, but if the packaging quality has failed so badly, the product is probably on the way downhill following several redesigns and renaming. How badly will reformulation impact products? I can't tell if the pump is letting the moisturizer oxidize and go off, or if the quality is poor. Regardless I can't seal bottle with a failed pump so it's tricky to use it up without the moisturizer going off. I purchased directly through LaRoche Posay's site.
