I wear an 11 US men's / 44 1/2 EU in the LS Nucleo 2 so I ordered the same size with these, they fit exactly the same. The shoe feels a bit more narrow than the Nucleo , but I've only took them on 1 short hike so far. I was looking for a shoe like the Nucleo II High but more beefy/better protection and this is it.I was hesitant on ordering from trekinn due to bad reviews , but the shoes came in perfect condition. I'm in Arizona,USA so it took 40 days to get to me
