This La Tourangelle Roasted Hazelnut Oil is delicious! I added some to my Strawberry Macadamia Mint Ice Milk Boulders to enhance the nut flavor. It’s super aromatic and tasty. A pleasant oil with a very nice aromas of roasted nuts. Cannot quite tell it's from hazelnuts but it's very fragrant. On it's own, it has a bitter-roast flavour. So far, the flavour hasn't affected the taste of my baked goods or hot dishes. Please give a thumbs up if you find this useful.
