I only take 1 of these and I don't feel sick in the stomach the next day from lactose (I can get really nautious). Obviously depends how much you are eating but works great :)
Well I was not sure about this product- I love cheese but it doesn't love me! Took one of these 30minutes before happy hour- no lactose reaction! A whole new world has opened up to me.
Lacteeze tablets are a quick, easy and convenient option for lactose intolerant people. It is great peace of mind to be able to have 1-2 of these if I am somewhere that doesn't have a lactose free option and not have to worry about the gastrointestinal upset.

These tables really worked for me. I just take one before having any neck that has dairy and I just feel normal after.
I recently tried these for the first time and I'm definitely going to be buying the larger packet! These worked amazingly, I took one before having some ice cream and I had barely any symptoms at all! Usually I'd get nauseous and have diarrhea but not with this. It's definitely worth the cost and I can't recommend these enough.
