Lady Jayne - Tanglepro Detangling Brush

Borrowed my sister's when my brush melted and fell in love with it. I think the brush needs to be worn in a bit as it can be a little hard in the beginning. Still overall a great brush, especially for the price too.

My hair is fine, thin and damaged by bleach and dye. I’ve had difficulty finding the perfect brush for my hair type when wet. I’ve wanted a detangle brush, since they’ve been all the rage, but was sceptical that you can use on wet hair. All the detangle brushes I’ve seen were designed in the same compact style that I dislike. When I saw the Tanglepro had a handle, I had to buy it. I purchased it from chemist warehouse during a 1/2 price sale. A great bargain as this is usually a pricey brand. When I brush my washed hair it’s easy, glides gently and I think less hair falls out. The bristles are flexible. The brush head is a good size and shape to get all areas of scalp. The handle has a comfy grip, manoeuvres well and is an adequate length. The brush itself feels light to hold. Its easy to clean which means you’re not returning debris back into your hair. The con is the handle. The ergonomic rubber around the plastic body is not sealed. When you brush your hair it often gets caught in the gap, snags and breaks. I hope that this brush can be improved by fully enclosing any gaps throughout it, making it seamless. I look forward to Tanglepro Mark 2! I would also like to see a travel, mini version of this brush with a handle, (of course!), and a protective cover, pouch or wallet, that will fit into a handbag. To ensure it fits inside a handbag, perhaps the size can be reduced if it were collapsable or foldable? Thank you.

I have long fine hair that knots *just cause it feels like it*. I also have chronic pain that makes brushing my hair difficult and painful. This morning I was considering chopping my hair off, but thought I'd give this a go. It dealt with the matted mess at the back of my hair so quickly and painlessly! I had another detangling brush but my hands don't work so well and the handle is so helpful. Beyond happy!
