I didn't know until after receiving this juice that Lakewood makes "premium" juices that are not certified Organic. I would have rather paid the extra $2 and gotten what I wanted.
This is a great product, not made from concentrate, so it's just pure cranberry juice. I also use their lemon juice. Great company and outstanding products.
One of the few options for undiluted, not-from-concentrate cranberry juice available. No added sugars. Not blended with other juices. Pure cranberry taste without "cooked" overtones. Well done, Lakewood. I only wish it were not so expensive
Although I take cranberry capsules every day for urinary health, I like to have cranberry juice on had also but do not want any of the junk that most companies add. I drink some natural tonic water most evenings to prevent leg cramps, so adding a few ounces of the cranberry juice gives me a drink that tastes like my homemade cranberry sauce. It's a win/win for me. Yes, the tonic water has sugar in it, but just enough to balance the tartness of the cranberry juice. I totally hate the taste of artificial sweeteners and even of nattural stevia, so I do what works best for me.
It can be very difficult to find pure cranberry juice for a nice price. This fits the bill. It is a bit tart but I mix this with the sweetened stuff hubby gets so he can really get the benefits of the cranberry.
